Rotary indexing table assembly that can be set up without tools
A rotary indexing table assembly includes an axis of rotation, a rotation element and a receiving assembly. The rotation element is rotatable about the axis of rotation and has a centering opening coaxial with the axis of rotation. The receiving assembly has a spring system and a pin assembly. The pin assembly has a pin body, movable along the axis of rotation by the spring system and settable in a set-up state or a blocking state. In the set-up state, the rotation element is releasably connected to the receiving assembly, and in the blocking state, the rotation element is fixedly connected to the receiving assembly.
Apparatus for retaining a workpiece
An expanding collet device can selectively clamp a workpiece to a workpiece support and can include an arbor, expandable collet and threaded screw actuator. The threaded screw actuator mechanism can include a support, drawbar, socket and a pair of thrust bearings. The drawbar can be connected to the collet and can extend into the support. An outer circumferential portion of the drawbar can oppose and be spaced away from an inner circumferential portion of the support. The socket can surround the drawbar and can include external threads engaging internal threads on the support such that rotation of the socket relative to the support displaces the socket in the axial direction. The socket, support, and drawbar can be configured such that rotation of the socket relative to the support displaces the drawbar in the axial direction such that the drawbar moves the collet between the released position the clamped position.
FURNITURE LUBRICANT
A furniture lubricant for coating a linear lacquered furniture slide bar to provide a slide layer with lowered friction. The furniture lubricant comprises a C10 to C28 alkane and a tri-glyceride. The viscosity, according to ISO 3104:1994/COR 1:1997, of the furniture lubricant at 40 C. is 20 to 80 mm.sup.2/s.
Manual pulse generating device
A manual pulse generating device is equipped with a rotatable dial, a pulse generating unit configured to generate drive pulses for commanding axial movement of a machine tool in accordance with an amount of rotation of the dial, and a casing having the dial disposed on a surface of the casing and accommodating the pulse generating unit in the interior thereof. When the dial is pressed toward the casing, the pulse generating unit enables the axial movement in accordance with the drive pulses.
High frequency vibration spindle system
A high frequency vibration spindle system which includes a spindle having a spindle housing and a spindle shaft disposed in the spindle housing; a toolholder, engaged with the spindle and adapted to be engaged with a tool; an electric power transmission device disposed at the front end or a rear end of the spindle, including a first coil and a second coil; the first coil is disposed on the spindle housing, and the second coil is disposed on the spindle shaft to be rotated with the spindle shaft coaxially; the first coil and the second coil are spaced with a gap; the second coil is adapted to receive an electric power from the first coil with a non-contact induction method; and a transducer, adapted to be controlled to vibrate the tool and disposed in the toolholder and electrically connected with the second coil to receive the electric power.
PISTON ACTUATED ROTARY UNION
A rotary union includes a housing forming a bore and a piston bore having an open end and disposed at a radially offset distance with respect to the bore. The piston bore is fluidly isolated from the bore. A seal carrier is slidably disposed within the bore, and includes an actuation arm extending radially outwardly relative to the bore such that it overlaps the piston bore. A piston slidably disposed in the piston bore is extendible to releasably abut the actuation arm and urge the seal carrier to displace relative to the bore when the piston displaces relative to the piston bore.

The present application provides a material transferring and positioning device for a wheel machining center, which includes a base plate, a base, a first bearing, a first shaft sleeve, a hydraulic cylinder brake, a rotary cylinder, a cap and so on. The application may meet the positioning requirement of the wheel machining center, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, stable performance, high positioning precision and simple operation, so that it is very suitable for automatic mass production.
POSITIONING DEVICE
A positioning device is provided, including: a base seat, including a plurality through holes and a slide groove; a clamping assembly, disposed within the slide groove, including a first clamping body and a second clamping body; an adjustment assembly, including a first driving rod, a second driving rod and at least one rotation rod, the first driving rod including a first thread section and a first bevel gear, the second driving rod including a second thread section and a second bevel gear, the first clamping body and the second clamping body are respectively screwed on the first thread section and the second thread section, each rotation rod including a third bevel gear, the third bevel gear respectively meshed with the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear.
Measuring system for monitoring a spindle
A measuring system monitors a spindle. The measuring system includes a cylindrical housing which can be arranged in and mechanically firmly connected to a spindle housing. A carrier ring is arranged inside the cylindrical housing. Three sensors for measuring a radial displacement and three sensors for measuring an axial displacement of the spindle are distributed over a circumference of the carrier ring. The sensors are cast with the carrier ring.
