Provided is a workpiece holding tool changing system configured to change at least one of a relative position and a posture of a holding tool of a workpiece conveying apparatus with respect to a feed bar. The feed bar includes at least one set among: an X-axis direction linear mechanism with an X-axis linear brake; a Y-axis direction linear mechanism with a Y-axis linear brake; a Z-axis direction linear mechanism with a Z-axis linear brake; and a ball joint portion and a ball brake. Under a state in which inhibition of movement or change in posture by a corresponding brake is canceled, a robot changes the relative position or the posture of the holding tool to a desired relative position or a desired posture. After the change, the workpiece holding tool changing system is brought into a holding state in which the movement or the change in posture is inhibited.

ADJUSTABLE WORKPIECE SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD

An adjustable workpiece support system includes an adjustable support apparatus, an analysis support point module, a coordinate post-processing module and a control module. The adjustable support apparatus has a group of support devices for supporting a supported workpiece, the each support device being adjustable in height and angle. The analysis support point module is used to import a computer-aided design file of the supported workpiece, and analyze the computer-aided design file to obtain a group of support points of the supported workpiece. The coordinate post-processing module is configured to calculate the support coordinates of the each support device corresponding to the group of support points. The control module is configured to receive the support coordinates of the each support device, and adjust the height and angle of the each support device to support the supported workpiece, so that the amount of deformation of the supported workpiece is the minimum.

A power and signal transmission device for a spindle of a machine tool is provided. The power and signal transmission device includes a spindle fixing portion, a shaft rotating portion, a power transmission component and a signal transmission component. The spindle fixing portion is provided with a power input end, a primary side power induction coil, a secondary side signal induction coil and at least one signal output end. The shaft rotating portion is provided with a joining end surface for bonding to a holder, a secondary side power induction coil and a primary side signal induction coil, and is rotatable with respect to the spindle fixing portion. The power transmission component transmits an electrical energy from the power input end. The signal transmission component transmits a holder signal to the signal output end. Each of the power and signal transmission components includes at least one elastic pogo pin.

According to the invention, the mechanical connection between the lateral surface of the clamping bushing (21) and the inner wall of the bore (3) is positive-locking and consists of a threaded connection. The invention further relates to a corresponding clamping device (1). An essential feature of the invention is also the possibility of being able to exchange the clamping bolt (tension anchor) by means of a bayonet coupling without having to open hydraulic lines and without removing the clamping element from the device.
