Tile cutting and dust collection system
The present concept is a cutting surface and debris container in combination with a vacuum cleaner. The cutting surface and debris container includes a hollow container with a debris storage compartment, and a cutting surface for supporting a workpiece to be cut. The cutting surface has an opening to allow fresh air to be drawn into the container. The top section of the container has an outlet that can connect to a hose which couples the container to a vacuum cleaner. Debris generated from cutting the workpiece is drawn into the container. Large debris particles drop in the debris storage compartment while small particles are extracted by the vacuum cleaner.
Multi-axis carrying device
A multi-axis carrying device includes a base, first and second main moving units mounted to the base, a first platform connected to the first and second main moving units, and first and second driving units. The first driving unit has a first output structure coupled to the first main moving unit. The second driving unit has a second output structure coupled to the second main moving unit. When the first and second output structures move in a moving direction, the first and second main moving units are driven to move two opposite sides of the first platform in another direction perpendicular to the moving direction.
HOLDING FIXTURE TO ASSIST IN ASSEMBLY OF SUPPORT GRID FOR NUCLEAR FUEL RODS AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING SUPPORT GRID FOR NUCLEAR FUEL RODS
A holding fixture for assisting in assembly of a support grid for nuclear fuel rods and including a plurality of straps each having a plurality of slots extending approximately half a height of the straps and tabs formed beside or between the slots. The holding fixture includes an actuation plate, a support plate having a plurality of receiving members structured to receive therein straps of the support grid and having a plurality of cells, and a plurality of cam assemblies structured to move to deflect every other tab of the straps received in the plurality of receiving members. The cam assemblies are disposed in every other cell of the support plate.
Object positioning/fixing device
In an object positioning/fixing device that positions and fixes a target object on a base member in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction, a structure is provided in which, in a state in which the target object is pressed against the base member and fixed thereon by a fixation mechanism: first and second tapered engagement surfaces of first and second reference members are closely contacted against the inner circumferential surfaces of first and second annular engagement members via elastic deformation of the first and second annular engagement members; also first and second base end contact surfaces of the first and second reference members are contacted against the base member; and a pair of regulated surfaces of the second annular engagement member are closely contacted against a pair of regulating surfaces of a second installation hole via elastic deformation of the second annular engagement member.
Table saw
A table saw has a base assembly, a table assembly supported by the base assembly, the table assembly, and a saw assembly supported by at least one of the table assembly and the base assembly. The saw assembly has a saw blade extending through the table assembly. The base assembly has at least one foot having a substantially horizontal surface, a substantially vertical surface, and a curved surface disposed between the substantially horizontal surface and the substantially vertical surface. The substantially vertical surface is substantially coplanar with a surface of the table assembly so that the table saw can be disposed on the substantially vertical surface and the surface of the table assembly.
Machining Fixture Positioning Switch
A switch housing body has a base and a sidewall having an axis and extending from the base to a rim and having a pair of axial slots. A switch cap has: a cap body having a top web; and a sidewall extending from the top web to a rim and having a pair of holes. A shaft passes through the pair of axial slots and pair of holes. A spring biases the cap axially away from the housing from a compressed condition to an extended condition. A cap electrical contact and a housing electrical contact have an electrically closed condition at the compressed condition.
Installation assist and method
The application is directed to a device for assisting individuals with the installation of one or more construction materials. The device is operationally configured to support construction materials at an elevated position. The device is also operationally configured to be attached to horizontal surfaces, vertical surfaces and angled surfaces.
Rooftop conduit support
A support device for elevating an object above a surface comprises a base and a strut. The base has a top and a bottom. The bottom is adapted to sit upon the surface and is wider than the top. The strut is affixed to the base and adapted to receive a fastener for affixing the object to the strut. The base may have a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape. The base may comprise a support flange along a perimeter of the bottom of the base. The strut may have a generally U-shaped cross-sectional shape with an elongated planar bottom and opposing elongated planar sides joined to opposing edges of the elongated planar bottom. The strut may be affixed to the base via one or more spacers such that the strut is positioned a predefined distance from the top of the base.
Method for machining a firearm lower receiver using a jig
A machining tool assembly for manufacturing a firearm lower receiver includes a first and second side jig which are configured to be disposed on opposite sides of the firearm lower receiver and configured to removably attach to one another securing the firearm lower receiver therebetween. A drill block jig is removably attachable to the first and second side jigs disposed above the top surface of the firearm lower receiver, wherein the drill block jig comprises a plurality of through holes. A template spacer jig is removably attachable to the first and second side jigs disposed above the top surface of the firearm lower receiver, wherein the template spacer jig comprises a spacer aperture disposed through a template spacer thickness. A first and second pocket templates are removably attachable and disposed onto the template spacer jig. A router support plate is disposed onto either the first or second pocket templates.
Generator assembly apparatus
A generator assembly apparatus is provided for merging a first annular component and a second annular component of a generator. The generator assembly apparatus includes first and second component support frames, a moving device and an adjustment device. The first component support frame supports the first component securely mounted to the first component support frame. The second component support frame supports the second component securely mounted to the second component support frame. The moving device moves one component support frame relative to the other component support frame to merge the components by inserting one component at least partially into an interior region of the other component. The adjustment device adjusts a position of a support frame such that a pre-defined separation between the first component and the second component is maintained during merging.
