Workpiece holding jig
A workpiece holding jig including a base member conveyed by a linear guide and at least one pair of holding pieces arranged on the base member in the direction crossing the conveying direction of the linear guide. Each of the at least one pair of holding pieces includes a workpiece holding portion that fits or contacts with the outer peripheral surface of a workpiece located between the at least one pair of holding pieces to prevent the workpiece from slanting or becoming misaligned during the conveyance. At least one of holding pieces in the at least one pair of holding pieces is movable in the direction away from the other.
CONVERSION PRESS AND TAB STOCK FEEDER ASSEMBLY THEREFOR
A tab stock feeder assembly for a press includes a plurality of support elements, a plurality of rotating elements, and a number of operative elements. Each rotating element is rotatably coupled to an associated support element. Each operative element coupled to at least one of the support element or one of the rotating element and wherein each the operative element is structured to be engaged by a rotating element. The tab stock feeder assembly further includes a wear reduction assembly including a plurality of wear reducing elements. A plurality of support elements have at least one wear reduction assembly wear reducing element disposed between a rotating element and the associated support element.
Machining system with interlock circuit
A machining system comprises a machining device that machines a workpiece, a set-up station with which pallet workpiece attachment/detachment is carried out, and a pallet conveyance device that conveys the pallet between the machining device and the set-up station. A partially cylindrical operator door, which can rotate around a set-up table on which the pallet is mounted, includes a partially cylindrical outer door and a partially cylindrical inner door which rotate following coaxial circular trajectories of different radii. The set-up station is provided with an interlocking mechanism that causes the outer door and the inner door to rotate in an interlocked manner so that a shielded state is constantly maintained between the operator side and the pallet conveyance device side.

Systems and methods for sorting insects
Disclosed herein is an insect sorting system that includes a conveyor stage having a drive unit, a grasping surface movably coupled with the drive unit and having textured surface elements, and a diverter that is configured to remove insects from the grasping surface.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool having at least two rotary feed axes (B, C) is provided with: a base; a column which moves in a left-right direction (X); a main spindle head which moves in a vertical direction (Y); and a table which has a workpiece attachment surface and in which the workpiece attachment surface is oriented in a plurality of attitudes including a horizontal attitude and a vertical attitude. The column is guided in the left-right direction (X) by means of an inclined linear motion guide which faces forward and upward. The table includes: a first table stand having an inclined rotary guide which faces backward and upward; and a second table stand which is rotationally fed about an inclined axis (Oc) perpendicular to the inclined rotary guide. The inclined linear motion guide of the column and the inclined rotary guide of the table are disposed facing one another.

AUTONOMOUS PROCESSING STATION
An autonomous processing station, in particular for machining a plate-shaped workpiece, for example, including a roller conveyor and a suction table disposed beneath the roller conveyor for clamping the workpiece. The roller conveyor includes movable rollers, in a longitudinal center region of the roller conveyor, so as to be movable to the side beneath stationary rollers at ends of the roller conveyor, so that the workpiece can be lowered through the resulting opening onto the suction table.
Machining system
A machining system with a configuration in which working machines, including a machine tool, are configured to be disposed in a line, and in which multiple working machines perform operations on one work in order, is provided. The machining system includes: a base; and multiple working machine modules which are mounted on the base and are arranged in an arrangement direction, and has a configuration in which each of the multiple working machine modules is capable of being drawn out from the base along a track extending in an intersecting direction intersecting with the arrangement direction.
