Dual axis hook assembly for a power tool
A power tool includes a housing and a hook assembly. The hook assembly includes a hook support and a hook member. The hook support is rotatably attached to the housing for rotation about a first axis. The hook member has a shank portion and a hook portion. The shank portion defines a second axis that is transverse to the first axis and is configured to rotate with respect to the hook support about the second axis.
BLADE MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING JIG, BLADE MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING METHOD, BLADE EXTRACTING METHOD, AND CUTTING APPARATUS
A blade mounting and dismounting jig is provided for mounting a blade on and dismounting a blade from a flange of a cutting apparatus which includes a boss, a blade mount for mounting the blade fitted thereover, the flange having an annular end face for supporting the blade thereon and being fixed to a distal end of a spindle, and a holder that cooperates with the flange in gripping and securing the blade in position. The blade mounting and dismounting jig includes a cylindrical jig body, a grip coupled to the jig body and having a diameter larger than the jig body, a plurality of first air ejection ports defined in a distal end portion of the jig body, a plurality of second air ejection ports defined in the jig body at a juncture between the jig body and the grip.
Assembly comprising a tool and packaging
An assembly including a tool (1) and packaging (2) for accommodating the tool (1). The tool (1) includes at least one machining head (3) for machining a workpiece (4), in particular a dental workpiece (4), by a machining unit (5), and a clamping portion (6) for securing the tool (1) in a chuck (7) of the machining unit (5) while the workpiece (4) is being machined. The tool (1) can be repeatedly removed from and placed back in the packaging (2), with the packaging (2) being provided with at least one securing device (11) for fastening the packaging (2) in a temporary tool magazine (12) of the machining unit (5).

MITER SAW WITH FOLDING POWER-OFF PROTECTION FUNCTION
A miter saw includes a base seat unit, a cutting unit rotatable relative to the base seat unit to bring a saw blade to rotate among a first working state, a second working state and a folded state, and a safety unit having at least one slide slot and a movable pin slidable along the slide slot. When the saw blade is in one of the first and second working states, the movable pin is retained in a first slot portion of the slide slot to permit operation of a trigger. When the saw blade is in the folded state, the movable pin is retained in a second slot portion of the slide slot to lock the trigger.

Stackable Sawblade Containment Assembly
A stackable sawblade containment assembly contains saw blades in a stacked arrangement with stackable annular covers. The saw blades are securely contained in cavities formed through stacked arrangement of the covers. The annular covers have a containment face with a protrusion, and a base face with a depression. The protrusion and the depression are detachably connected in a snap-fit relationship forming an inner cavity and a stacked arrangement of annular covers. A lip extends along the length of the outer perimeter of the covers. A tab extends from the containment face. The lip and the tab inhibit lateral slippage of the saw blade. A flange extends from the outer perimeter of the annular covers to retain a sensor tag in a flange depression. A flange cover covers the sensor tag. A flat extension extends from the outer perimeter, opposite the flange, to enable upright standing of the covers.
Cutting apparatus
A cutting apparatus includes a cutting unit including a spindle as a rotational shaft and a mount flange for mounting a cutting blade thereon, the mount flange being fixed to a distal end of the spindle, a support unit for supporting a cutting blade housed in a blade case, the support unit including a blade case support for supporting the blade case for housing the cutting blade therein, a changing mechanism for dismounting a cutting blade that has been mounted on the mount flange from the mount flange and mounting the cutting blade that has been supported on the support unit on the mount flange, and a moving mechanism for moving the changing mechanism between a changing position, a blade transfer position, and a retracted position.
