Positioning device
A positioning device includes a support member configured to carry a workpiece, a plurality of pins positioned on the support member, and a plurality of telescoping mechanisms positioned on the support member. Each of the telescoping mechanisms comprises a driving member and a rotating member connected to the driving member. The positioning pins slidably pass through the support member and are pivotably connected to an opposite end of the rotating member. The rotating member rotates relative to the support member via the driving member to adjust an extending length of the positioning pins relative to the support member.
Clamping device
In a clamping device, a detection mechanism detects a state of clamping/unclamping and includes: a detected body that moves together with a piston and a piston rod; a circuit board disposed to face the detected body and capable of detecting the position of the detected body; and an indicator lamp that is connected to the circuit board and is lit/extinguished depending on the state of clamping/unclamping. By pressing a setting button provided on the detection mechanism when the rotation angle of the arm is changed, the second detection position of the circuit board for detecting the unclamped state is changed, making it possible to detect the detected body at a newly set detection position.
Method of monitoring a tool clamping device
A method of monitoring a tool clamping device mounted on a machine spindle, the clamping force of which tool clamping device is generated by a spring assembly which exerts a force in the direction of the clamping position on an actuating element actuating the clamping or the release of a tool or tool holder. In the method, the spring force and the displacement of the actuating element are continuously measured during the release and/or clamping of a tool or tool holder and recorded as functions of the time. These recorded functions are used to identify at least one parameter characteristic for the status of the tool clamping device. Based on the spring force and the displacement over time, a spring characteristic curve is plotted in the form of the spring force as a function of displacement, the analysis of which spring characteristic curve provides information about a number of characteristic parameters.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool that machines a workpiece by a tool includes a workpiece spindle device that holds the workpiece in a rotatable manner with a predefined workpiece rotational axis Rw as a center, one or more in-machine robots, and a connecting mechanism that attaches the one or more robots on the machine tool so that the one or more robots move independently from the workpiece, with the workpiece rotational axis Rw serving as a center.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool is provided which can execute various works while suppressing increase in cost or size. The machine tool includes a tool spindle device which is a movable member which can move with respect to a mounting surface of the machine tool, and one or more serial-manipulator-type robots attached on the tool spindle device, which can move with the tool spindle device, and which have two or more degrees of freedom, and the robot includes two or more end effectors provided at positions different from each other with one or more joints therebetween.
MACHINE TOOL
A machine tool that cuts a workpiece by a rotary tool includes a tool spindle device that holds the rotary tool in a manner to allow self-rotation with a predefined tool rotational axis Rt as a center, one or more in-machine robots, and a connecting mechanism that attaches the in-machine robot on the tool spindle device so that the in-machine robot moves independently from the rotary tool at a periphery of the tool spindle device with the tool rotational axis Rt as a center.
