The drum rasp assembly includes a drum rasp, a motor coupled to the drum rasp and configured to rotate the drum rasp at a suitable speed, and a truss frame supporting the drum rasp and configured to roll along the pair of support rails. The pair of support rails are configured to be positioned on the plurality of adjustable leveling supports arranged in parallel a certain space apart, and the plurality of adjustable leveling supports are configured to support the wall panel. The drum rasp is configured to pass over and treat the top surface of the wall panel as the drum rasp assembly is displaced along the pair of support rails.

Surface grinding tool

A surface grinding tool includes a support housing adapted to be coupled to a source of pressurized gas. The housing includes a conduit for directing the pressurized gas to an open end of the housing. A flexible sealing membrane is coupled to the housing such that the sealing membrane spans the housing's open end to prevent the pressurized gas from passing through and around the sealing membrane. A plate having through holes is coupled to the housing. The plate has a first face disposed adjacent to the sealing membrane and a second face opposing the first face. Each of a plurality of grinding elements is coupled to the sealing membrane and to the first face of the plate. Each grinding element has a portion thereof passing loosely through one of the through holes and extending away from the second face of the plate.

Surface grinding tool

A surface grinding tool includes a support housing adapted to be coupled to a source of pressurized gas. A substrate processing system configured to process a substrate includes a carry-in/out unit configured to carry the substrate from/to an outside thereof; a processing unit configured to process a processing surface of the substrate; a cleaning unit provided between the carry-in/out unit and the processing unit when viewed from a top, and configured to clean the processing surface after being processed in the processing unit; a first transfer unit stacked on top of the cleaning unit, and configured to transfer the substrate; and a second transfer unit provided between the processing unit and the first transfer unit when viewed from the top, and configured to transfer the substrate. The first transfer unit transfers the substrate between the carry-in/out unit and the second transfer unit. The second transfer unit transfers the substrate between the first transfer unit and the processing unit and between the processing unit and the cleaning unit.

The present invention in one or more embodiments provides a roller tool for roughening a friction ring of a brake disk, the roller tool including a roller body including inner and outer ends and a casing surface positioned therebetween, the inner end differing in cross-section dimension than the outer end, the casing surface including thereupon one or more protrusions for contacting the friction ring. The roller tool may further include a support frame supporting the roller body. The support frame may include a short leg connected to the outer end of the roller body and a long leg connected to the inner end of the roller body.

Roller tool for making a brake disk

The present invention in one or more embodiments provides a roller tool for roughening a friction ring of a brake disk, the roller tool including a roller body including inner and outer ends and a casing surface positioned therebetween, the inner end differing in cross-section dimension than the outer end, the casing surface including thereupon one or more protrusions for contacting the friction ring. The roller tool may further include a support frame supporting the roller body. The support frame may include a short leg connected to the outer end of the roller body and a long leg connected to the inner end of the roller body.

The field coils comprise a first field coil facing a front of the sander and a second field coil facing a rear of the sander and the brush boxes are rotationally offset from the field coils with respect to a vertical axis of the sander.
