SERVO WRITER AND SERVO SIGNAL WRITING METHOD
A servo writer includes a writing head that writes a servo signal on a long magnetic tape that is traveling, a guide roller that is provided on an upstream side of a travel path with respect to the writing head and guides the traveling magnetic tape, and a polishing unit that is provided on an upstream side of the travel path with respect to the guide roller and polishes at least one edge of the traveling magnetic tape, in which the guide roller includes a flange that regulates the travel of the magnetic tape.
Device for removing circumferential burrs of wheel with high precision
A device for removing circumferential burrs of a wheel with high precision includes an electric cylinder, a lifting table, guide rails, an electric cylinder, a sliding block, a plurality of sensors, a rim burr cutter, a riser burr cutter, and the like. The device can simultaneously remove circumferential burrs from the flange edge, the outer rim and the riser slot edge, which eliminates the error caused by coaxial degree deviation, so that the rotating center of the cutters coincides with the circumferential center of the burrs. The device is configured to provide high-precision removal of burrs from the flange edge, and high-precision removal of burrs from the outer rim and the riser.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR PROCESSING ONE OR MORE INTEGRATED CIRCUIT PROBES
A probe sanding fixture includes a base, a probe adapter including a probe guide defining one or more channels defined therein, and a sander tool including a sanding wheel and a gauge pin configured to process one or more probes positioned in the channels. The probe adapter is coupleable to the base such that the channels are extendable generally along a first axis. The sander tool is coupled to the base such that the sander tools is translatable along a second axis and rotatable about the first axis.
DEVICE FOR REMOVAL OF WHEEL RIM BURR
The present invention discloses a device for removal of wheel rim burr which comprises a main body, plural positioning wheels, an eccentric wheel disposed on the main body, and at least two brush wheels disposed between two corresponding positioning wheels.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DEBURRING A TUBULAR WORKPIECE
An apparatus for selectively removing material from both an inner and outer circumference of an end of a tubular workpiece includes a cylindrical outer frame. A blade holder is affixed to the outer frame. The blade holder has a conical configuration with a base located adjacent a first rim of the outer frame and an apex located adjacent a second rim of the outer frame. At least one ID blade is carried by the blade holder and has an ID cutting edge oriented radially outward. At least one OD blade is carried by the blade holder and has an OD cutting edge oriented radially inward. A motive cap has a rim-coupling feature configured for selective engagement sequentially with the first and second rims of the outer frame, to selectively provide rotational motion to the outer frame and thus indirectly to the blade holder.
Grinding wheel assembly
A grinding wheel assembly is disclosed and includes an arbor in which a pull stud may be installed. Further, the arbor can include a head assembly that includes a mounting plate, a cover plate, and an abrasive body disposed there between. The abrasive is removably engaged with the mounting plate and the cover plate.
Silicon carbide single crystal substrate and method for manufacturing the same
A silicon carbide single crystal substrate includes a first main surface, a second main surface, and a circumferential edge portion. The second main surface is opposite to the first main surface. The circumferential edge portion connects the first main surface and the second main surface. The circumferential edge portion has a linear orientation flat portion, a first arc portion having a first radius, and a second arc portion connecting the orientation flat portion and the first arc portion and having a second radius smaller than the first radius, when viewed along a direction perpendicular to the first main surface.

Method of producing a display panel
A method of producing a liquid crystal panel includes a grinding process and a sealing process. The grinding process includes grinding at least one common liquid crystal panel including a liquid crystal layer, a pair of boards that sandwich the liquid crystal layer, and a frame-shaped sealing member sandwiched between the boards along the non-rectangular outline to remove a section of the sealing member and to leave a rest of the sealing member. The grinding process further includes forming a sealing member removed processed edge section of the common liquid crystal panel. The sealing member removed processed edge section includes edges of the boards corresponding to the section of the sealing member removed from the common liquid crystal panel. The sealing process includes applying a sealing resin to the sealing member removed processed edge section to fill a space between the edges of the board.
