Disclosed herein is an apparatus and/or device to scrape a hard disk drive (HDD) to completely and permanently erase, remove, and/or destroy digital and/or electronic data and/or information stored on and/or written to the HDD without using and/or necessitating the use of external induction. The apparatus includes a first part of a HDD scrapper mounted on an arm of the HDD and a second part of the HDD scrapper mounted on a scrapper head. The apparatus also includes a turner that simultaneously permits a turning operation of magnetic platters of the HDD and the HDD scrapper. The first part, the second part, the arm, the scrapper head, the turner, and the magnetic platters are included in an enclosure of the HDD.

The polishing process comprises bringing a rotating article (1201) to be polished into contact with various centrifugally outspread flexible flaps of a rotating flexible flap grinding wheel (1101), with a grinding wheel (1101) rotation shaft being parallel to an article (1201) rotation shaft; and pneumatically controlling the feed of the flexible flap grinding wheel (1101) relative to the surface of the article (1201) to be polished, such that the outer edges of the flaps of the flexible flap grinding wheel (1101) are in pressure contact with the surface to be polished of the article (1201) to be polished, and polishing same. This polishing process can restore a worn glass bottle, particularly a glass bottle having a profiled contour, to the extent that same looks like new at a lower cost. The corresponding polishing apparatus can realize automatic and continuous grinding polishing of worn glass bottles.

The present invention generally relates to assembly equipment of valve body, especially to riveting and grinding assembly for nozzle of screw shaft valve. The invention may include a rack, a power control box, a turntable and a turntable divider. A carrier assembly which engages with the screw shaft valve body is installed on the edge of the turntable with uniform distribution. On the center part of the turntable, a support shaft which is installed on and fixed with the rack is vertically interposed and on the top of the support shaft, an upper supporting disc is installed. A valve pipe feeding device, a valve pipe preloading device, a valve pipe riveting device and a valve pipe grinding device which engage with the carrier assembly are installed on the said rack on the rotational direction of turntable. As the threaded pipe is put into the carrier assembly by valve pipe feeding device, the carrier assembly rotates counterclockwise along the turntable and rotates to the valve pipe feeding device to the press threaded pipe into the valve seat. Thereafter the carrier assembly rotates the valve pipe riveting device and rivets threaded pipe with a valve flange in order to finish assembling process. Finally, the carrier assembly rotates the valve pipe grinding device to grind nozzle of valve to finish grinding and riveting process of threaded pipe with high positioning accuracy of assembly and marvelous hermetic sealing.

The rail grinder includes a plurality of individual grinding modules that are individually arranged to generate the custom grinding patterns for individual rail segments. The custom grinding patterns allow the rail grinder to grind a desired rail profile for each rail segment in a minimum number of grinder passes and at a maximum operating speed for the rail grinder. Utilizing a variety of inputs including current rail conditions, desired rail profile, rail segment type, available grinding modules and grinding module style, a processing system either on-board or remotely located from the rail grinder can iteratively develop a custom grinding pattern that is temporally unique to each rail segment.
