A display device includes a substrate including a display area to display an image and a non-display area provided on at least one side of the display area, a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate and provided in an area corresponding to the display area, a first insulating layer having an opening in a first area of the non-display area, a second insulating layer provided in the first area, first lines provided on the substrate and connected to the plurality of pixels, and second lines provided on the first and second insulating layers, and connected to the first lines. An area in which the first lines overlap with the second lines is spaced apart from an edge of the second insulating layer when viewed in a plan view.

A quantum dot (QD) composite material includes at least two structural units arranged sequentially along a radial direction. The QD composite material includes a type A3 QD structural unit and a type A4 QD structural unit. The type A3 QD structural units has a gradient alloy composition structure with an energy level width increasing along the radial direction toward a surface, and the type A4 QD structural unit has a homogeneous alloy composition structure. An inner part of the QD composite material includes one or more QD structural units having a gradient alloy composition structure, and energy levels in adjacent QD structural units having gradient alloy composition structures are continuous. The QD composite material includes one or more QD structural units having a homogeneous alloy composition structure in a region close to the surface.
Flexible display panel with via-hole therein and display device
A flexible display panel, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device are provided. A protruding structure located is formed in a via-hole area on a flexible base substrate so that both the protruding structure, and the portions of an organic light-emitting functional film and a top electrode layer covering the protruding structure can be removed. Thereafter an encapsulation thin film covering the patterns of the organic light-emitting functional film and the top electrode layer is formed. After the encapsulation thin film is formed, the step of removing the pattern of the encapsulation thin film in the via-hole area can be further performed to expose the flexible base substrate in the via-hole area, and after the flexible base substrate in the via-hole area is removed, a via-hole can be formed in the flexible base substrate.
Display panel and display device
A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel has a display area. The display panel includes: a base substrate; a driving circuit and at least one signal line on the base substrate; and at least one insulating layer between the driving circuit and the at least one signal line. The driving circuit is disposed in a periphery of the display area; and an orthogonal projection of at least one of the signal lines on the base substrate has an overlapping area with an orthogonal projection of the driving circuit on the base substrate.

A photoelectric device is disclosed. The photoelectric device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an electrolyte disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode includes a transparent layer for allowing light to penetrate into the second electrode, an electron transport layer coupled to the transparent layer, and a genetically hybridized fluorescent silk layer as a photo-sensitizer coupled to the electron transport layer.
Bendable backplane structure and OLED display assembly
A bendable backplane structure is provided. The bendable backplane structure includes a first flexible layer, and a metal layer which is disposed on the first flexible layer and includes a first metal section and a second metal section, wherein the first metal section includes a first extension, the second metal section includes a second extension, and the first extension is disposed corresponding to the second extension in a lamination direction from the first flexible layer toward the metal layer. The bendable backplane further also includes a second flexible layer which is disposed on the metal layer.

A device comprising a first layer, a sealing layer and a resin layer stacked in that order and an organic layer arranged between the first layer and the sealing layer in a pixel region is provided. The first, sealing and resin layers have openings for exposing an electrode in a peripheral region. The sealing layer includes second and third layers each having a water permeability lower than the first layer, and a fourth layer arranged between the second layer and the third layer and having a defect density lower than the second layer. A step of the second layer arranged above the end of the opening of the first layer is covered with the fourth layer and a step of the third layer arranged above the end of the opening of the first layer is covered with the resin layer.

A laminating apparatus for laminating an object to be laminated includes: a rigid substrate, and a jig provided on a side of the rigid substrate and in contact therewith. The jig is of an elastic material, and a surface of the jig away from the rigid substrate is a first surface. A horizontal plane at any point in a surface of the rigid substrate away from the jig is a first reference plane, and a contact interface between the rigid substrate and the jig is a second surface. For any one of the at least one segment of cambered surface, a distance between the second surface and the first reference plane increases as a non-obtuse angle between a tangent of the first surface and the horizontal direction increases.

An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and an OLED display device are provided. At least one of a substrate or a backplate in the OLED display panel has a reduced thickness, thereby increasing light transmittance of an electronic element area. Furthermore, an area where a camera lens is disposed can display normally and an under-display camera can be realized without defining a hole. Therefore, a screen-to-body ratio is increased, and a technical problem is solved: in conventional OLED display panels, the hole needs to be defined on the area where the camera lens is disposed, leading to a display effect being affected.
