Anchor system
An anchor and shelter system is shown and described. In one embodiment, the anchor includes a pair of collapsible walls and opposing sidewalls to define a bladder opening. The anchor may include a plurality of parallel engagement apertures and side apertures to secure the anchor to a shelter. The result is an anchor that provides efficient and secure support for an adjacent shelter.
Reusable shipping container with integrated content protection
A two-way reusable shipping container has a plurality of flexible walls, the walls surrounding an internal cavity when the shipping container is in an open state. A pouch is located on a first wall of the plurality of flexible walls, and is configured to form a pocket into which the walls of the shipping container are collapsed when the shipping container is in a compact state. A closure device is configured to retain the shipping container in the pocket in the compact state. In some embodiments, the shipping container includes inflatable pillows, each pillow being secured to one of the walls. In some embodiments, the pouch inverts when the shipping container is converted between the open and compact states, such that interior surfaces of the pocket when the shipping container is in the open state become exterior surfaces of the pocket when the shipping container is in the compact state.
Form, fill, and seal bags and method of production
A form fill and seal (FFS) bag is formed at least in part from an open mesh material that includes filaments that intersect one another. At least some of the filaments are composite filaments having a carrier portion of a relatively high melting point and a bonding portion of a relatively low melting point, the bonding portion of each composite filament being thermally bonded to other filaments at points of intersection. The material may be a non-woven fabric that contains at least two layers of weft filaments that may be bordered on one or both sides by a layer of warp filaments. When compared to other open mesh materials, the open mesh material disclosed herein has a superior combination of some or all of high strength, light weight, high dimensional stability, and openness. Also disclosed herein are methods of making such a bag.
IMPROVED SEALS FOR STRETCHABLE FILMS
In one example, a plastic product such as a plastic bag includes one or more seals. One of the seals includes respective portions of first and second plastic films that are arranged one on top of the other. The respective portions are joined together and are aligned generally parallel to a direction of elongation associated with the plastic films, where the direction of elongation is a direction in which the plastic films elongate when under load. As well, the respective portions extend along a length of the joined plastic films and have a length that is greater than a length of the plastic films.
Flexible intermediate bulk container with induction control
A method, apparatus and system is provided for both (1) decreasing electrostatic discharges to reduce the potential for incendiary discharges caused by electrostatic charges in flexible containers such as flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) and (2) decreasing the induction on isolated conductors nearby the container to reduce the potential for incendiary discharges from the isolated conductors.
Ribbed film structures with pigment created visual characteristics
In one example embodiment, a film includes a coextruded structure having both an extruded ribbed skin layer that includes a plurality of ribs, and a core layer. The ribs are spaced apart by a web that is integral with the ribs. The film also includes a coloring agent that is substantially more apparent in the ribs than in the web, such that a contrast in color and/or color intensity between the ribs and the web is visible.
Retractable flap for ring binder attachment
An apparatus is disclosed that facilitates the attachment of a bag to one or more rings. The apparatus can be disguised as a surface of the bag, and can pivot into a securing position. In embodiments, the apparatus can comprise one or more openings for accepting one or more rings, and one or more hook-and-loop fasteners for facilitating the temporary attachment of the apparatus to a bag.
Reconfigurable label assembly
A reconfigurable label assembly including a container capable of storing or holding a liquid and a front panel, a back panel, a bottom panel, and side panels configured primarily as a label and secondarily as a receptacle capable of holding the liquid separate from the container is presented. The bottom and side panels are disposed between and substantially parallel to the front panel and back panels in a first configuration to form a label attached to and separable from the container. The front and back panels are separable and the bottom and side panels are expandable to form a receptacle in a second configuration after the label is separated from the container. The back panel includes a fold. The side and back panels are disposed between and substantially parallel to the front panel and bottom panel in a first configuration to form a label. The front and bottom panels are separable and the side and back panels are expandable to form a receptacle in a second configuration. The side panels may include additional folds facilitating transformation from a label to a receptacle and from a receptacle to a label.
RECONFIGURABLE PANEL ACTIVITY SYSTEM
A panel includes a frame and a net coupled to the frame and positioned within a circumferentially closed space defined between a first side rod, a second side rod, a first end rod, and a second end rod of the frame. The net includes a netting and a reinforcement border extending about and coupled an entire perimeter of the netting. The reinforcement border includes sleeves along the first end rod border and the second end rod border and each one of the first end rod and the second end rod pass through a corresponding one or more of the sleeves. The panel further includes connectors attached to at least one of the first side rod, the second side rod, the first end rod, and the second end rod.
Cloth bag frame for folding to squeezing out bar bends
The present utility model pertains to the field of folding, and particularly relates to a cloth bag frame for folding to squeeze out bar bends, comprising a cloth cover, borders, a first connecting member, a connecting plate, and a cover plate. Two foldable borders are mounted on the cloth cover. The first connecting member is mounted on the right side of a left border. The connecting plate is sleeved on the first connecting member. The connecting plate and the first connecting member are in movable connection through a circular hole at a bottom portion. The cover plate for isolation from the outside world is mounted on the borders. As the present utility model additionally has the borders, the first connecting member, the connecting plate, and the cover plate, it can be folded when not in use, so that the occupied space is greatly reduced. Whether it is stored or transported, the limited space can be used more effectively. The special connection design on the left border makes it more flexible to assemble and disassemble the frame, and can better adapt to cloth covers in different sizes and shapes. The foldable design makes it more convenient and faster to unfold and fold the frame during use, thereby improving the work efficiency.
