The fishing device can include a first contact panel that guides fish into the bottom of the net. The fishing device can include a second contact panel that guides fish into the bottom of the net, wherein the second contact panel is positioned substantially opposite to the first contact panel.

A connector, which is attached to a terminus of the line, is used to connect a bait. The handle is gripped in a hand of a user to manipulate the net and the bait into a body of water to attract a marine animal. The reel is used to reel in the bait and the marine animal into a position over the net, allowing the user to raise the net to catch the marine animal.

A marine animal netting device for catching crabs includes a pole, which is selectively extensible. A net is pivotally attached to the pole proximate to a first end of the pole and a handle attached to a second end of the pole. A line is loopedly positioned on and selectively extensible from a reel, which is attached to the handle, through line guides attached to the pole, and past the net. A connector, which is attached to a terminus of the line, is used to connect a bait. The handle is gripped in a hand of a user to manipulate the net and the bait into a body of water to attract a marine animal. The reel is used to reel in the bait and the marine animal into a position over the net, allowing the user to raise the net to catch the marine animal.

A first mating member and a second mating member are attached to the boat mount and to the pole mount, respectively. Upon mating of the second mating member to the first mating member, the pole is positioned in a horizontal plane and a receiving net of the fishing net and a catch within the receiving net are positioned in the water and are rotatable within the horizontal plane.

A fish retrieval assembly for lifting a fish out of an ice fishing hole includes a handle for gripping. The handle is elongated such that the handle is extendable downwardly through the ice fishing hole. A scoop is pivotally coupled to the handle and the scoop is positionable in a first position having the scoop being oriented co-linear with the handle. Thus, the scoop may be extended through the ice fishing hole without closing off the ice fishing hole. The scoop is positionable in a second position having the scoop being oriented perpendicular to the handle for lifting a fish upwardly through the ice fishing hole. A trigger is movably coupled between the handle and the scoop to urge the scoop between the first position and the second position.
