Mobile weed-sifting apparatus and associated use thereof
A mobile weed-sifting apparatus includes a manually-operated mobile frame including a primary fulcrum axis, and a secondary fulcrum axis disposed above the primary fulcrum axis and registered parallel thereto. Notably, a weed-sifting mechanism is rotatably and removably coupled to the mobile frame. Advantageously, the weed-sifting mechanism rotates in clockwise and counter clockwise directions about the secondary fulcrum axis as the mobile frame is displaced along forward and rearward directions, respectively, along a ground surface.
Device for performing micro-operations on a vesicular object
A device for performing micro-operations on a vesicular target, comprising an injection pipette (27); a barrel assembly (9); and an outer assembly (1). The injection pipette, barrel assembly, and outer assembly being designed and situated in relation to each other such that an axial vacuum passage is created between the injection pipette and the barrel assembly, and a radial vacuum passage is created between the barrel assembly and outer assembly, and such vacuum passages are isolated from each other and from atmospheric pressure (FIG. 8). The device also comprises a means of advancing and withdrawing the distal end of the barrel assembly in relation to the distal end of the outer assembly so as to create a holding well (31) and a means of advancing the pipette into, and withdrawing the pipette from, a vesicular object.
Sand bag shovel assembly
A sand bag shovel having an elongated rod connected to a connecting member and the connecting member attached to a scoop. The scoop has a pair of sidewalls and a front wall with tapered panels that form a peak. A funnel is used with the scoop that has a flange that extends outwardly from a top opening.
Binding machine for gardening
A binding machine for gardening includes a main handle capable of drawing out a tape from a front end portion thereof, a clincher arm rotatably attached to the main handle, a tape gripping device attached to a front end portion of the clincher arm and is capable of gripping an end portion of the tape drawn from the main handle, and a bonding unit configured to bond end portions of an overlapped tape. With the clincher arm completely closed with respect to the main handle and viewed from the side, the tape gripping device has a height in a vertical direction 1.5 times or less than a width in a longitudinal direction of the handle.

Bioagent detection methods
The present invention relates the use of broad range primer (e.g., as broad range capture olignucleotides) immobilized in a SCODA method gel to allow, for example, selective concentration of target nucleic acids. Such concentrated target nucleic acids may, for example, be: i) eluted from the gel and analyzed (e.g., by broad range primer methods); ii) subject to in situ (e.g., in gel) PCR methods; and/or iii) analyzed in the gel (e.g., by fluorescent detection methods).
Method and apparatus to create autologous clotting serum
A clotting serum production device including a main chamber, an inlet housing, and an outlet port. The main chamber is defined by a first end wall, a second end wall opposite to the first end wall, and a side wall extending between the first end wall and the second end wall. The inlet housing extends from the first end wall. The inlet housing includes a first inlet port, a second inlet port, and a first conduit extending between the first inlet port and a second conduit. The second conduit extends between the second inlet port and the main chamber. The inlet housing is configured to provide one-way fluid flow from the first inlet port to the second inlet port and to provide one-way fluid flow from the second inlet port to the main chamber. An outlet port is in fluid communication with the main chamber and provides fluid communication with an exterior of the clotting serum production device.
RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (RFID) SENSOR NETWORK FOR A WORK MACHINE
An agricultural work machine, an agricultural work machine control system, and method for an agricultural work machine having Bluetooth enabled RFID tags to determine a fault condition of machine components, devices, parts or systems. The Bluetooth enabled RFID tags are located on, at, or near machine components or systems to sense a temperature of those components or systems. The Bluetooth enabled RFID tags are interrogated to determine sensed temperatures and component identifiers. A controller receives the temperatures and component identifiers and compares the received temperatures to a threshold to determine whether a fault condition exists. If so, the controller transmits an alert signal to a user interface to indicate that a fault condition exists with an identified component, part, device, or system.
SWAY ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS
A sway adjustment apparatus includes a casing, a fastener positioned within an interior of the casing, a first seal positioned near a first end of the casing between the fastener and the casing, a second seal positioned near a second end of the casing between the fastener and the casing, a cover positioned at a first end of the fastener, and end member positioned at a second end of the fastener. A first set of external threads on the fastener cooperate with internal threads in the casing. The first set of external threads and the internal threads are positioned between the first seal and the second seal. Rotating the fastener in a first direction extends the fastener from the casing. Rotating the fastener in a second direction retracts the fastener into the casing. The end member maintains the position of the fastener within the casing.
INTEGRATED TRANSPORT COUPLING SYSTEM
A transport assembly for a harvesting head that includes head connector arms, a transport axle, and a coupling system with a latch actuator, and first and second latch mechanisms coupled to the latch actuator and located at opposite ends of the transport axle. The transport assembly functions in working and transport modes. In the working mode, the first and second latch mechanisms latch the first and second head connector arms to the transport axle to latch the harvesting head to the transport axle. When the latch actuator is activated, the first and second latch mechanisms release the first and second head connector arms from the transport axle to allow the harvesting head to separate from the transport axle. When the latch actuator is not activated, the first and second latch mechanisms can be biased to remain latched.
