The main valve is mounted on the main valve body, the first and second auxiliary valves are mounted on the auxiliary valve body, which is provided with an air inlet, a cylinder port and an air discharging port. The air inlet communicates with the main valve through a first air passage. The cylinder port is sequentially in communication with the first and second auxiliary valves and the main valve through a second air passage. The air discharging port sequentially communicates with the first and second auxiliary valves and the main valve through a third air passage. The main and second auxiliary valves are solenoid valves. The first auxiliary valve is a hand-operated valve.
Cleaning device for a mixing vessel of a food processor operated by an electric motor
A cleaning device for a mixing vessel of a food processor operated by an electric motor, wherein the mixing vessel has a vessel bottom, a circumferential wall and a cover element and can be connected to a rotary element in a torque-proof manner with the aid of a fasteners and is designed for sweeping over at least a partial area of an inner wall of the mixing vessel and mechanically removing deposits located thereon during a rotation of the rotary element about a rotational axis. The cleaning device is in the form of a bristle element or wiper element and has a C-shaped design that is in contact with the vessel bottom, the circumferential wall and the cover element such that cleaning of the vessel bottom, the circumferential wall and the cover element can take place simultaneously when the mixing vessel is closed with the cover element.
Methods and Systems for Pharmaceutical Compounding
A computer-implemented method for execution by a processor of a computing device. The method comprises implementing a computerized graphical user interface (GUI) that provides a user of the computing device with an opportunity to identify a pharmaceutical compounding formula; consulting a database at least partly on a basis of the identified pharmaceutical compounding formula in order to determine mixing parameters for a planetary mixer, associated with the identified pharmaceutical compounding formula; and causing a mixer to subject a container to superimposed rotation and revolution movements in accordance with the mixing parameters determined from consulting the database.
Systems for infusing a cooled liquid with a gas to form a gas-infused beverage
A system is for infusing liquid with a gas to form a gas-infused beverage. The system has a tank with first and second cavities. A refrigeration circuit refrigerates the tank and the contents of the first and second cavities. The liquid is supplied to the first cavity and cooled therein by the refrigeration circuit and then supplied to the second cavity and infused with gas therein to thereby form the gas-infused beverage. The gas-infused beverage is then supplied to a beverage outlet for dispensing to a user.
Method for controlling the concentration of single and multiple dissolved gases in beverages
A system and method of controlling a concentration of one or more gases dissolved in a beverage is included. The system includes a saturation tank having a gas head space, a brite tank, and a beverage supply system to pass the beverage between the saturation tank and the brite tank. A beverage supersaturated with the gas from the head space is formed in the saturation tank. The supersaturated beverage is passed from the saturation tank to the brite tank. Once the amount of gas added to the beverage exceeds saturation, some of the gas escapes from solution from the beverage and the pressure in the brite tank increases. Once the pressure within the brite tank reaches a pre-defined pressure, a pump supplying the beverage to the saturation tank is shut-off and the inlet and outlet valves of the brite tank are closed.
Elevating animal feed mixing system
An elevating feed mixing system and method are provided. The system includes a support frame and a raisable platform raisable relative to the support frame. A mixing tub disposed on the raisable platform is configured to receive constituent ingredients of a feed and further configured to raise to release the feed after it is mixed.
Automatic stirring cup
An automatic stirring cup, comprising a cup body, a stirring ball arranged at the bottom of a cavity of the cup body and a power base for supplying power to the stirring ball; a first electrode for electrically connecting the stirring ball and the power base is arranged at the bottom of the cup body; a first magnet is arranged in the stirring ball, and a second magnet matched with the first magnet is arranged at the bottom of the cup body, and the stirring ball and the cup body are magnetically connected; a third magnet matched with the second magnet is arranged at the power base, and the cup body and the power base are magnetically connected. The automatic stirring cup could avoid the water leakage problem during the use of the automatic stirring cup in the prior art.
Beverage mixing system and method
A beverage mixing system/method allowing faster mixing/blending of frozen beverages is disclosed. The system/method in various embodiments utilizes inductive coupling to introduce heat into the frozen beverage during the mixing/blending process via a rotating driveshaft and attached mechanical agitator to speed the mixing/blending process. Exemplary embodiments may be configured to magnetically induce heat into the driveshaft and/or mechanical agitator mixing blade to affect this mixing/blending performance improvement. This heating effect may be augmented via the use of high power LED arrays aimed into the frozen slurry to provide additional heat input. The system/method may be applied with particular advantage to the mixing of ice cream type beverages and other viscous beverage products.
Ultrasonic homogenization device with closed-loop amplitude control
An ultrasonic system for homogenizing a sample includes an ultrasonic transducer and a control system. The transducer includes a horn or other probe that oscillates to produce cavitation in the sample and a converter that drives the horn through its oscillatory motion. The control system includes a closed-loop amplitude-control configuration and process. In particular, the control system includes a user interface, a controller, and a high-frequency driver, all connected together in a closed-loop configuration for enabling amplitude-control feedback. Control software includes programming for the closed-loop amplitude-control process including receiving a user-inputted desired amplitude of oscillatory horn motion, driving the transducer at a corresponding power level, determining the actual amplitude of oscillatory horn motion, and automatically adjusting the power level to the transducer to maintain the desired amplitude during operation of the ultrasonic system.
