KNEADING DEVICE CAPABLE OF DETECTING PRESSURE AND DISPERSION DEGREE
There is provided a kneading device for dispersing a dispersoid in a non-conductive material. The kneading device includes a pressure measurement unit that has a pressure receiving portion which comes into contact with a kneading substance formed of the non-conductive material and the dispersoid, and that measures a pressure value applied to the kneading substance formed of the non-conductive material and the dispersoid, and a determination unit that determines a dispersed state of the dispersoid dispersed in the non-conductive material, based on the pressure value measured by the pressure measurement unit.
Individualized flow regulation system and method
A liquid dispenser for dispensing an effluent mixture comprises a manifold inlet connectable to a pressurized liquid source, at least one individual diluent outlet in fluid communication with the manifold inlet, and at least one backflow preventer and eductor system in fluid communication with the at least one individual diluent outlet. A flow regulator is in fluid communication with the at least one individual diluent outlet and the at least one backflow preventer and eductor system, located upstream of the at least one backflow preventer and eductor system and downstream of the at least one individual diluent outlet. The flow regulator is preferably individualized for the at least one backflow preventer and eductor system and interchangeable within the dispenser to facilitate a plurality of volumetric flow rates to the at least one respective backflow preventer and eductor system.
System and method for micro dosing
A system and method of micro dosing containers on a conveying system is disclosed. The system includes a mixing tank to maintain suspended solids in a mixture; a dosing assembly to inject micro-doses of the mixture into bottles; a recirculation assembly to circulate the mixture from the supply tank to the dosing assembly and back to the supply tank; a power and controls operation assembly to supply the system with power, to provide the system with electromechanical control and/or to provide a user interface; and a stand to hold at least the supply tank, the portable dosing assembly, the recirculation assembly and/or the power and/or controls operation assembly.
Recording mixer rotation rate along with weight of feed and date and time
A method includes the step of receiving a first weight value from a sensor associated with a feed mixer. A first rotation speed associated with the first weight value is monitored. A second weight value is received from the sensor associated with the feed mixer and a second rotation speed associated with the second weight value is monitored. A mixing profile is generated based on the first weight value, the second weight value, the first rotation speed, and the second rotation speed. In one embodiment, a first feed ingredient is associated with the first weight value and a second feed ingredient is associated with the second weight value.
Methods for producing halogenated propanes
A process of the type for producing chlorinated propanes by reacting carbon tetrachloride with ethylene within a tank reactor that includes a liquid reaction mixture and a headspace above the reaction mixture wherein ethylene gas diffuses from the liquid reaction mixture into the headspace while agitating the reaction mixture, the improvement comprising transferring ethylene within the headspace back into the reaction mixture through a conduit within the mixing device that agitates the reaction mixture.
Vibration isolation blender system
A blender base is generally described. The blender base includes a base frame. An outer shell may be connected to the base frame. A motor housing is supported by the base frame and positioned inside the outer shell. The motor housing is isolated from direct connection with the outer shell to reduce the transfer of noise and vibration from the motor to the outer shell.
VOLUMETRIC AND GRAVIMETRIC FILL LEVEL FOR PRODUCING A GAS MIXTURE
A method for producing a gas mixture in a gas container is provided, having a plurality of components. At least one first component is volumetrically metered, said first component being locked into at least one sample volume of a plurality of sample volumes from a storage container of the first component and conducted into the gas container from the at least one sample volume, and at least one second component is gravimetrically metered, wherein the at least one second component is conducted from a storage container of the at least one second component into the gas container, and the gas container is weighed using a scale in order to determine the content of the at least one second component. A device for carrying out the method is also provided.
INNER CORE ASSEMBLY AND VIBRATION MIXER
An inner core assembly for a vibration mixer, comprising a motor assembly and a compression assembly located above the motor assembly, wherein the motor assembly comprises a vibration motor, a rotor shaft of the vibration motor is connected to the compression assembly by using an eccentric structure, the compression assembly comprises a stage, the stage is connected to a pressure plate mounting bracket by using a guiding shaft, the pressure plate mounting bracket is capable of sliding along the guiding shaft, the rotor shaft of the vibration motor rotates and drives, by using the eccentric structure, the compression assembly to perform reciprocating motion. Compared with the prior art, curved reciprocating motion of the stage is achieved through eccentric motion, which has lower structural costs, a lower failure rate, and a longer service life than a motor in the prior art.
VAPOR DELIVERY DEVICE, METHODS OF MANUFACTURE AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
A method comprises transporting a first stream of a carrier gas to a delivery device that contains a liquid precursor compound. The method further comprises transporting a second stream of the carrier gas to a point downstream of the delivery device. The first stream after emanating from the delivery device and the second stream are combined to form a third stream, such that the dew point of the vapor of the liquid precursor compound in the third stream is lower than the temperature of the plumbing that transports the vapor to a CVD reactor or a plurality of CVD reactors. The flow direction of the first stream, the flow direction of the second stream and the flow direction of the third stream are unidirectional and are not opposed to each other.
Portable Pump for High Viscosity Materials
A pump for high viscosity materials is mounted on a rectangular frame that fits through a standard doorway. Quick detach latches allow removal of the grate, the hopper or the console, including the control box, from the frame for safer and lighter transportation of the pump. Extendable handles facilitate lifting, moving, and storing the pump. Pivotable wheels with locking mechanisms allows the pump to be moved in any direction by a single user.
