Plunger clamp with a lever lock
A plunger clamp has a body defining a bore with a plunger slidably held in the body bore. A lever is pivotally connected with the body. A link arm pivotally connects between the plunger and lever. A catch mechanism is coupled with the body. A latch mechanism is coupled with the lever. The catch mechanism and latch mechanism couple with one another to lock the plunger in a first clamped position and in a second released position.
Fastener pushing mechanism
A fastener pushing mechanism is provided for an object. The object includes a base, at least one fastener and at least one insertion hole disposed through the base. The fastener is detachably inserted into the insertion hole and positioned on the base. The fastener pushing mechanism includes a main body assembly and a driving assembly. The main body assembly includes a connecting portion and a driving portion and a seat which are disposed at two opposite ends of the connecting portion. The seat includes a hole for receiving the fastener. The driving assembly is attached to the driving portion and movable along the movement path. One of the main body assembly and the driving assembly is abutted against the base and the other is abutted against the fastener. As the driving assembly is driven, the driving assembly drives the fastener to move relative to the base.
Positioning fastener
A positioning fastener includes a base having a seat plate extended therefrom, a fixing portion disposed below the base for fastening to an electronic substrate, and an elastic positioning structure disposed above the base and including an urging plate, a pressing plate connected to the urging plate, a positioning space defined therein and a positioning member disposed at a bottom side thereof. The urging plate and the pressing plate are squeezed backwards and elastically deformed by a circuit board that is rotated downward so that the circuit board passes the urging plate and moves into the positioning space of the elastic positioning structure and a suspended board edge of the circuit board is secured in position by the positioning member. The pressing plate can be pressed by an external force to lift the urging plate, allowing the circuit board to be rotated in direction away from the positioning member.
Lift and fill concrete raising system
A system to lift concrete slabs, objects or other rigid materials comprising a sway and lifting bar, lifting jacks on opposing ends of the sway and lifting bar, slip lifting tube brackets on opposing ends of the sway and lifting bar, and a lifting bracket attached to each slip lifting tube bracket by a chain at opposing ends of the sway and lifting bar.
Split vise
Embodiments described herein relate to a vise, for example, for holding material to be cut with a saw, for example, power saw. In one embodiment the disclosed vise includes a base member, a pair of fixed jaws attached to a first side of the base member, the pair of fixed jaws being substantially aligned and spaced apart defining a first gap therebetween, a handle attached to a second side of the base opposite the first side, and a pair of moveable jaws adjustably connected to the pair of fixed jaws, the pair of moveable jaws being spaced apart defining a second gap therebetween, wherein a center of the second gap is substantially aligned with a center of the first gap.
CLAMPING APPARATUS FOR CLAMPING-IN AN OBJECT, APPARATUS HAVING A CLAMPING APPARATUS AND VISE HAVING A CLAMPING APPARATUS
A clamping apparatus includes a spindle body and a nut element to be screwed together for decreasing a spacing between first and second clamping elements to clamp an object disposed therebetween. The nut element has roller bodies with a defined roller engagement structure axially rotatably secured on a receiving body of the nut element and distributed in circumferential direction. A plurality of engagement regions distributed and/or spaced apart on the spindle body each have one spindle body engagement structure. The roller engagement structures of the roller bodies engage or can engage the spindle body engagement structures of the spindle body. The nut element can be screwed to the spindle body by the mutually engaged engagement structures of the spindle body and of the roller bodies, in particular with rolling of the roller bodies on the spindle body. An apparatus and a vise having the clamping apparatus are also provided.
Clamp device
A clamp device for clamping a workpiece includes: clamp arms configured to restrict movement of the workpiece by turning; a cam block configured to turn the clamp arms by turning; a workpiece base on which the workpiece is placed; a motor configured to rotate a driving shaft to thereby turn the cam block and move the driving shaft in an axial direction; and a coupling mechanism configured to couple the driving shaft and the clamp arms and to move the clamp arms toward the workpiece base as the driving shaft is moved in the axial direction.
Device for assembling panels
An apparatus for assembling a panel, the apparatus including a main support, a press head and a movable stop, where the movable stop has at least two adjustable tensioning elements, a stop element and gripping mechanisms, each of the adjustable tensioning elements including a front end and a rear end, each admitting at least one opening position and one closing position, where the stop element is joined in an articulated way to the front ends of the adjustable tensioning elements, where the gripping mechanisms are joined to the rear ends of the adjustable tensioners, the gripping mechanisms admitting a first position in which the adjustable tensioning elements are configured in the opening position and a second position wherein the adjustable tensioning elements are configured in the closing position.
Quick clamp pipe vise and method
A pipe clamp has a base with a fixed jaw and a beam extending from the base. A movable jaw member is slidably mounted on the beam. The movable jaw member includes a movable jaw disposed opposite the fixed jaw. A pivotable handle is mounted to the movable jaw member and a clamping mechanism is connected to the pivotable handle and operated by the pivotable handle to move the movable jaw relative to the fixed jaw. A latch secures the pivotable handle in any of a plurality of positions. A tripod stand may be provided for supporting the pipe clamp, the tripod having a multi-compartment storage spreader.
Aperture-plate moving mechanism
Provided is an aperture-plate moving mechanism, including: a drive block 308 fixed to an aperture plate 301; a linear motion guide 306 for allowing the drive block to move along an axis while preventing the drive block from moving in other directions; a feed screw 302 laid in a direction of the axis; a nut member 305 having a threaded hole engaged with the feed screw, the nut member being prevented from rotating due to a rotation of the feed screw; and an urging member 309 for pressing the drive block onto the nut member in the direction of the axis. With respect to the direction of the axis, the contact portion of either the drive block or the nut member is a convex surface, while the contact portion of the other member is a concave surface having a larger radius of curvature than the convex surface.
