The present disclosure relates to a container assembly formed from a first shell component and a second shell component releasably locked together. The first shell component includes a first side wall, a first outer wall, a first male locking portion, and a first female locking portion. Similarly, the second shell component includes a second side wall, a second outer wall, a second male locking portion, and a second female locking portion. To form the container assembly, a user rotates the two shell components to be oriented 180-degrees with respect to one another and presses the two shell components together. Upon pressing, the first male locking portion is configured to releasably lock with the second female locking portion while the first female locking portion is configured to releasably lock with the second male locking portion to releasably hold the two shell components together.

Collapsible crate with wood appearance

A collapsible crate includes a base and a plurality of walls pivotably connected to the base. Each of the walls is a single piece of molded plastic defining a plurality of planks having the appearance of wooden planks, such as with molded-in grain texture, knots and irregular edges. The irregular edges may provide gaps between adjacent planks to provide ventilation to the crate. The knots may include knot holes to provide additional ventilation. The planks may include horizontal planks extending between vertical planks. The vertical planks and horizontal planks may include an interior wall from the edges of which extend ribs toward the exterior of the crate.

Making a plastic tank with an integrity-verifiable weld joint

A plastic tank is comprised of two parts, a base and a top, that are permanently joined to each other by welding at a circumferential joint formed by two mating flanges of the parts. Fusion weld elements are captured on the faying surfaces of the flanges of the assembled parts, and the elements are melted by internal heating of metal portions of the elements. Two spaced apart circumferential welds which define an annular space are formed. The pressure within the annular space is changed in a test procedure to verify the integrity of the welds.

An embodiment relates to a multi-layer, biaxially oriented polyester (BOPET) film comprising a food contact substance, wherein the BOPET has a percent release in a retort test after can lamination such that substantially all food contacting the BOPET during the retort test is released. Another embodiment relates to a method comprising applying a food contact material comprising a food contact substance to a multi-layer, biaxially oriented polyester (BOPET) film, wherein the food contact material is prepared at around room temperature without heating.

The partial enclosure is configured to enclose a piece of equipment. The partial enclosure is configured to prevent access to the piece of equipment when the rotatable anti-intrusion lid is closed. Portions of the piece of equipment may protrude from gaps in individual sidewalls of the set of sidewalls. The rotatable anti-intrusion lid can be coupled to a sidewall of the set of sidewalls and rotated about the sidewall. Portions of the rotatable anti-intrusion lid can be inserted in the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism may restrict rotation of the rotatable anti-intrusion lid when the rotatable anti-intrusion lid is in the closed position, and the locking mechanism is in a locked position.
