SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SUSPENDING CLAMPED PROJECTS
A clamped project bracket assembly is provided. The assembly includes a first and a second suspension clamp assembly. Each suspension clamp assembly includes at least one suspension clamp portion configured to couple to a clamp assembly configured to hold a clamped project and a pair of locating pins extending from the at least one suspension clamp portion. The assembly further includes a mounting bracket comprising a pair of pin retention grooves and a pair of pin positioning grooves formed at least partially therethrough. The pair of locating pins of the first suspension clamp assembly are configured to travel within the pair of pin retention grooves and the pair of locating pins of the second suspension clamp assembly are configured to travel within the pair of pin positioning grooves to position the clamp assembly at one of multiple discrete orientations.
HINGED STRAIGHT EDGE CLAMP
The present invention relates to a straight edge clamp that has a clamping head assembly and a stop assembly mounted upon the body of the straight edge. The head and stop are not connected together and the stop assembly is free to move with respect to the head assembly. The straight edge clamp body includes at least two sections that are hinged together to allow the sections to be folded upon one another when not in use and unfolded when in use.
DEVICE FOR CLAMPING A PIECE OF FORMWORK, FORMWORK FOR MAKING A CONCRETE SLAB, AND A METHOD OF MAKING A CONCRETE SLAB
A device for clamping a piece of formwork includes a bar having an end for attachment to a body. The device includes a jaw mounted on the bar and for receiving the piece of formwork, the jaw being movable along the bar.
Clamping and Spreading Device
A clamping and spreading device for separating layers of a substrate includes a C-clamp that is configured to fixedly couple to a substrate. A second rod is coupled to and extends from the C-clamp. The second rod is selectively extensible from the C-clamp. A first wedge is coupled to and extends bidirectionally from the second rod distal from the C-clamp. A second wedge is coupled to and extends from the C-clamp. An actuator is coupled to the C-clamp and is operationally coupled to the second rod. The first wedge and the second wedge are configured to insert into a first gap defined by two layers of the substrate. The actuator is positioned to compel the second rod to extend from the C-clamp. The first wedge is compelled distally from the second wedge to separate the two layers of the substrate.
Clamping jig
A clamping jig for fixing a workpiece in position includes a base, a cover mounted on the base, a driving assembly and a clamping assembly. The cover has a top face for receiving the workpiece thereon. The driving assembly includes a diaphragm type pneumatic actuator fixed to the base and a linkage slideably received in the base for receiving a pushing force from the diaphragm type pneumatic actuator. The clamping assembly includes a plurality of clamping members each including a wedge slideably received in the base and an abutment extending upwardly from the wedge through the cover. Under action of the linkage to the wedges, the abutments are movable between a first position to engage with the workpiece to a second position to release their engagements from the workpiece.
Clamp foot air jet apparatus
A replaceable ring shaped member for a clamp foot air jet apparatus for a clamp foot for clamping a plate for a cutting tool, includes a clamp foot assembly having an outer ring shaped member fluidly and supportably connectable to the removably ring shaped member. The inner ring shaped member includes a central aperture for the cutting of a plate to be located. An outer curved edge surface of the inner ring shaped member includes at least one abutting surface to sealingly abut a curved edge of the outer ring member includes a groove for directing air from the outer ring member and through at least one hole in the inner member, whereby a fluid can be directed through each hole to the central aperture, and whereby at least one fluid jet can be formed to move coolant and/or waste from the cutting location with respect to the clamp foot.
Bike rack frame clamps, systems and methods
A quick-release clamp for a vehicular mount or rack having a rigid stationary first jaw with a clamping surface, and a rigid second jaw opposite with a clamping surface oriented to face the first jaw clamping surface. The second jaw is movable between an open and a closed position relative to the first jaw, where the closed position is capable of retaining one or more objects to be clamped transversely between said jaws. A lever, attached to a variable tensioning system operates to open and close the jaws when sufficient force is applied to overcome the tension of the tensioning system.
AUTOMATIC WHEEL RIM POSITIONING AND CLAMPING TOOL
An automatic positioning and clamping tool for mounting in a CNC Tilting Rotary Table for positioning and clamping a wheel rim for processing by a cutting tool includes a base, an upright post mounted at the base, air leakage detection units mounted on the base for supporting the wheel rim and detecting an air leakage, clamping devices mounted on the base for clamping the border edge of the wheel rim, a lateral chip conveyor, nozzles mounted around the periphery of the lateral chip conveyor, a vertical hydraulic chuck mounted around the upright post for moving a positioning gripper into abutment against the bore wall of the center bore of the wheel rim, and fluid nozzles mounted in the vertical hydraulic chuck for flushing away chips during processing. Thus, the invention is a compact structure with functions of air leakage detection, wheel rim automatic positioning and clamping and chip removal.

Clamping tool
A clamping tool of the type including a C-shaped body and a drive screw with a threaded portion in mechanical communication with a threaded receiver in one end of the C-shaped body and including at least two threaded receivers in one end of the C-shaped body, each adapted to separately and independently receive and support the threaded portion of the drive screw. A backstop may be included with a backstop pin extending from a surface of the backstop and at least two non-collinear backstop bushings in a second end of the C-shaped body. The at least two non-collinear backstop bushings may each be adapted to receive and support the backstop pin of the backstop, thereby providing more than one position of the backstop on the C-shaped body.
