A cutter includes two handles, a blade, a cutting board, an angle holder, two screws, a spring-biased lock and a releasing element. The cutting board is supported on the first handle. The blade is connected to the second handle. The angle holder includes teeth and a cutout. The angle holder is attached to the first handle by the screws. The releasing element is pivotally connected to the first handle and includes a slot. The spring-biased lock is pivotally connected to the first handle. The spring-biased lock is allowed to engage with the teeth or enter the cutout when an end of the slot is placed against one of the screws. The spring-biased lock is removed from the teeth and the cutout when another end of the slot is placed against the screw.

Tool accommodating replaceable blade

A cutting tool utilizing a replaceable blade has a body which defines a blade-accepting pocket having an interior within which the body of the blade is nestingly accepted when inserted within the pocket and for releasable securement of the blade within the blade-accepting pocket. Furthermore, the blade-accepting pocket includes an abutment surface against which a surface of the blade body bears against when the cutting edge of the blade is moved into cutting engagement with an item being cut with the tool.

A DOUBLE-END PLIER

This invention relates to a double-end pliers, including the handles and the tong heads, wherein the tong heads include the first tong head and the second tong head, wherein the handles include the spindle, first handle and second handle, wherein the tong first tong head and second tong head are connected with the handles via two kinds of connecting methods, wherein the tong head connects with the first handle, wherein the tong head is connected via two horizontal connecting shafts to the shaft and spindle, wherein the first tong head and the second tong head rotate longitudinally to roll separate horizontal connecting shafts in to make the tong head fold or expand, wherein the first handle and second handle separately create the gripping force against the first tong head and the second tong head with the spindle.

A fairing saver is a device to protect aerodynamic fairings on a semi-truck from damage while it is being towed backwards. The device utilizes two (2) pairs of clamp style locking pliers. However, in lieu of conventional jaws, each jaw surface on the present Fairing Saver consists of a hard plastic pad, each measuring three inches (3) by six inches (6). These pads are backed by a steel plate which also provides a pivoting pin that attaches the pad to the pliers. These pliers are then attached to the fairing surfaces of the truck. An attachment clip, welded to each of the pliers, is then used with a ratchet strap or turnbuckle, to keep the sides of the fairing from moving about during the towing process. The locking plier nature of the device means that it can adapt to any thickness of fairing and locks in place with the ultimate in holding power.

Tapered grip and method of installing a tapered grip

Disclosed herein is a grip comprising an internal bore with an opening having an internal tapered edge. The grip can engage with a tool or a piece of sports equipment. Further disclosed herein is a method of installing a grip onto a tool or piece of sports equipment, including providing a grip having a tubular body; grinding an open first end of the body, wherein the open first end comprises a greatest diameter closest to the exterior of the bore and tapers internally at an angle towards the interior of the bore; providing a shaft or handle; applying an adhesive to a top portion of the handle; sliding the handle into the grip bore until the shaft contacts the a capped second end of the grip; and coupling a surface of the bore to the handle by allowing the adhesive to dry.
