Method for supporting a glass sheet
A method for supporting a heated glass sheet in connection with a glass processing operation may include adjusting a support structure so that multiple spaced apart support members of the support structure cooperate to define a shape that corresponds to a desired end shape of the glass sheet. The method may further include contacting the glass sheet with the support members until the glass sheet has been sufficiently cooled. Furthermore, the support structure may include a frame and a support assembly associated with the frame, the support assembly including the support members and a support connected to the support members such that at least a portion of each support member is adjustable with respect to the support. The support may further be connected to the frame at two locations on the frame such that the support spans an open area between the two locations on the frame.
Tool for retrieving magnetic objects
A tool for retrieving magnetic objects. The tool comprising a flexible rod; a handle, connected to a first end of the flexible rod; and a magnetic head, connected to a second end of the flexible rod. Further, the magnetic head comprises a through-hole for retrieving the magnetic objects.
VACUUM WAFER CHUCK FOR MANUFACTURING SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES
Disclosed is a vacuum chuck and a method for securing a warped semiconductor substrate during a semiconductor manufacturing process so as to improve its flatness during a semiconductor manufacturing process. For example, a semiconductor manufacturing system includes: a vacuum chuck configured to hold a substrate, wherein the vacuum chuck comprises, a plurality of vacuum grooves located on a top surface of the vacuum chuck, wherein the top surface is configured to face the substrate; and a plurality of flexible seal rings disposed on the vacuum chuck and extending outwardly from the top surface, wherein the plurality of flexible seal rings are configured to directly contact a bottom surface of the substrate and in adjacent to the plurality of vacuum grooves so as to form a vacuum seal between the substrate and the vacuum chuck, and wherein each of the plurality of flexible seal rings has a zigzag cross section.
JIG FOR INSPECTION OF DISPLAY PANEL
A display panel inspection jig includes a stage comprising a seating area in which a display panel is to be disposed for inspection thereof, and a peripheral area surrounding the seating area, and comprising an uneven upper surface and a lower surface, the seating area of the stage being provided with an opening, a first supporter disposed on a first portion of the uneven upper surface of the stage, and a first barrier disposed on a second portion of the uneven upper surface of the stage. The first portion of the uneven upper surface being at the seating area and spaced apart from the opening, and the second portion of the uneven upper surface is at the peripheral area. The first barrier has an uneven lower surface such that the uneven lower surface of the first barrier and the uneven upper surface of the stage are fitted with each other.
Processing machine of display apparatus and processing method of glass substrate
The present invention discloses a processing machine of a display apparatus, the processing machine comprises: a metal support plate; a plurality of support structures, which is movably disposed on the support plate, is used for supporting on the non-display region of the glass substrate, wherein the position of which the support structure is disposed on the metal support plate is corresponded to the position of the non-display region in the panel of the glass substrate, in order to make the support structure placed on the non-display region. The present invention also discloses a processing method of a glass substrate. Through the above way, the present invention can avoid the support structure placed on the display region of the glass substrate, effectively preventing the phenomenon of the brightness uneven.
HOLDING DEVICE FOR THE SURFACE TREATMENT OF BAR CUTTERS
A holding device for fastening bar cutters in order for the cutting edges thereof to be coated, wherein the fastening is configured in such a way that a plurality of bar cutters can be arranged in a row such that the cutting faces and tips thereof have the same orientation, and the holding device includes a screen which at least partially protects the cutting faces from the coating, wherein, with bar cutters arranged in a row in the manner described, the top edge of the screen projects beyond the knife tips in such a way that no knife tips protrude.
Magnetic bands
An apparatus for holding an article is described. The apparatus comprises an elastic band and a depository area integrally coupled as part of the elastic band into which at least one magnet is deposited. The elastic band is formed as a continuous loop having a first width. The depository area has a second width exceeding the first width of the continuous elastic band. The depository area includes storage of the at least one magnet that, when deposited, occupies at least seventy percent of a volume of the depository area.
Fixture apparatus
Fixture Apparatus and methods of manufacturing fixture apparatus. Fixture apparatus comprising: a first body to at least partially support an object, the first body including a structure having variable stiffness along at least a first axis of the first body.
Fixture apparatus
Fixture Apparatus and methods of manufacturing fixture apparatus. Fixture apparatus comprising: a first body to at least partially support an object, the first body including a structure having variable stiffness along at least a first axis of the first body.
Woodworker's light rail system
A modular, multi-functional, workbench is disclosed that is variable in height, width, and length in order to accommodate a wide variety of applications. The table top includes a plurality of rail pairs supported by leg stands. A rail pair is formed by two extrusions joined together by endplates that maintain a parallel orientation and prevent rotation of the rails. The extrusions are rectangular in cross-section and slotted on all four sides to allow the use of a variety of t-track fasteners. The leg stands support, constrain and locate the rail pairs along the width of the table. The rail pairs provide a table top surface that is generally flat and sturdy. The workbench can be used in an open-grid fashion or with solid top inserts. The modular nature of the workbench makes it easy to store and set up as well as highly versatile and easily transported to job sites.
