Machining fixture with quick release lever
A fixture for supporting a workpiece during a machining operation is disclosed. The fixture may include a seat configured to receive the workpiece. The fixture may further include a quick release lever mounted to the fixture and configured to displace the workpiece from the seat.
Wafer chuck
A wafer chuck includes a chuck body and a plurality of seal rings. The chuck body includes a carrying surface configured to receive a wafer and at least one vacuum hole disposed on the carrying surface. A ratio of a diameter of the carrying surface to a diameter of the wafer is substantially equal to greater than 45% and substantially equal to or smaller than 90%. The seal rings are disposed on the carrying surface and configured to physically contact with the wafer. The seal rings surround the vacuum hole.
VACUUM TABLES
There is disclosed a vacuum table 400 comprising a vacuum plate 402 separating a first vacuum chamber 406 from a substrate zone 60 for receiving a substrate 50. The vacuum plate has a plurality of suction holes 404 for conveying a gas flow from the substrate zone 60 to the first vacuum chamber 406. There is an evacuation port 422 in communication with a second vacuum chamber 420 to evacuate gas from the substrate zone 60 when a substrate 50 is received over the suction holes 404 of the vacuum plate 402, and a vacuum port 424 for discharging gas received in the second vacuum chamber 420 to a vacuum source 423. The first vacuum chamber 406 and the second vacuum chamber 420 are in fluid communication via a valve 430 so that gas flows from the first vacuum chamber 406 to the vacuum port 424 via the second vacuum chamber 420. The valve 430 is controllable to vary a gas flow rate through the vacuum plate 402 and thereby vary a retaining force on a substrate 50 received thereon.
Device to facilitate painting of molding
A device to facilitate painting of a molding, the device including a base having a bottom surface to contact an external surface, and a plurality of pyramid portions to extend away from a top surface of the base, such that the plurality of pyramid portions are linearly disposed along the base to form a plurality of notches between adjacent pyramid portions.
Hand held magnetic holder
A magnetic holder for painting and displaying toy vehicles. An upright T-shaped member fits in a receiving cup affixed to a horizontal plate. The top of the T-shaped member has at least one outwardly facing magnet that latches a corresponding magnet in a toy vehicle.
CAM LOCK FENCE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A cam lock connected with a fence assembly includes a handle portion, a top carrier and a bottom carrier connected by a threaded shaft. The handle portion and top carrier are positioned above the fence assembly and a work table or surface; wherein the bottom carrier is positioned below the fence assembly and work table or surface. The top carrier and bottom carrier both have a pair of alignment arms with a space positioned therebetween, the alignment arms of the top carrier nest with the alignment arms of the bottom carrier. The handle portion and top carrier both have cam surfaces that engage one another such that when the handle portion is rotated around the axis of the threaded shaft the handle portion is raised or lowered thereby raising or lowering the bottom carrier, thereby locking or unlocking the fence assembly in a quick, durable, easy and accurate manner.

VACUUM SUCTION DEVICE
A soft-acting and non-deforming vacuum suction device includes a vacuum generating structure and a suction head. The suction head includes a positioning block and a suction nozzle. The positioning block defines a through hole. The vacuum generating structure is open to the through hole, so that the nozzle pulls on or releases a workpiece by creating or releasing the vacuum of the through hole. When the workpiece to be transferred is pulled to the suction nozzle, the workpiece abuts softly against a first surface of the positioning block.
Tire centering fixture
The disclosure provides a tire centering fixture including: a gear, a first rack, a second rack, a third rack, a shaft sleeve, and a guide cylinder. The first rack, the second rack, and the third rack are engaged with the gear. The gear is disposed around the shaft sleeve; the gear and the shaft sleeve are disposed on the guide cylinder. The guide cylinder includes a central cavity and a base wall. The base wall includes a central hole and a circular recess; a lower end of the shaft sleeve is in movable fit with the circular recess of the base wall, and a lower end face thereof is flush with the bottom surface of the circular recess. A locating base is disposed on the upper end face of the guide cylinder and is fixed on the guide cylinder. The locating base functions as an end cover.
