DEVICE ENABLING MULTIPLE FASTENER DRIVE HEADS UTILIZING A SINGLE DRIVE CONFIGURATION
A tool that self-adjusts to fit different fastener-head configurations without any need for user intervention.
Anti-slip Fastener Remover Tool
An anti-slip fastener remover tool includes a torque-tool body, a plurality of paired engagement features, and an intersection point. The plurality of paired engagement features that grips the lateral surface of the stripped fastener head is radially positioned around a rotation axis of the torque-tool body. The plurality of paired engagement features, wherein each paired engagement feature is offset by 30 degrees, comprises a first engagement feature and a second engagement feature. The first engagement feature and the second engagement feature each comprises a bracing section, a cavity section, and a connector section that are adjacently connected to each other. The cavity section of the first engagement feature is adjacently connected to the cavity section of the second engagement feature. The bracing sections of the first engagement feature and the second engagement feature are oppositely positioned of each other about the cavity sections of the first and second engagement features.
Advanced Holding Apparatus
A screw bit body which allows for efficient torque force application onto a socket fastener. The screw bit body includes a plurality of laterally-bracing sidewalls, a first base, and a second base. The laterally-bracing sidewalls are radially distributed about a rotation axis of the screw bit body with each further including a first lateral edge, a second lateral edge, a bracing surface, and an engagement cavity. The engagement cavity creates an additional gripping point to prevent slippage in between the screw bit body and the socket fastener. The engagement cavity traverses normal and into the bracing surface. Additionally, the engagement cavity traverses into the screw bit body from the first base to the second base. The engagement cavity is specifically positioned offset from the first lateral edge by a first distance.
ANTI-SLIP FASTENER DRIVER
An anti-slip fastener driver includes a shank and a driving portion formed on an end of the shank and defining a longitudinal axis. The driving portion includes an outer periphery surrounding the longitudinal axis and having a first peripheral face. An end of the driving portion opposite to the shank includes a first end face connected to the first peripheral face. The first end face includes a first side and a first angle located outside of the first side. The end of the driving portion opposite to the shank includes a reference plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The first side is located on the reference plane. An end of the first side is adjacent to the longitudinal axis. Another end of the first side opposite to the longitudinal axis is connected to the first peripheral face. The first angle is located between the reference plane and the shank.
Bit
Various embodiments of bits are described having a drive portion, a shank and a head portion or tip. The shank can comprise a set of raised rings that extend from an outer surface of the shank. The rings are spaced apart along the shank starting from the head portion, and preferably have different distances between at least two adjacent pairs of rings.
HOLLOW SHANK POWER NUT DRIVERS
A hollow shank power nut driver axially drives nuts over uninterrupted elongated threaded rods. The hollow shank permits the nut to be driven down a long threaded rod to the limit of this shank. This hollow shank is of sufficient diameter to accommodate the threaded shaft that fits the socket.
Self-retaining fastener and driver
A provisional engagement feature for selectively connecting a fastener such as a screw to a driving tool, the fastener incorporating a head with a recess extending therein and a projection contained within the recess for engagement with a corresponding engagement feature of the driving tool.
Screw, tool and assembly for dental implantology
The invention relates to a screw, a tool and a system for dental implantology, forming a fixing system and the components thereof to be used in a dynamic pillar assembly. Said dynamic pillar assembly is used in the production of prostheses on dental implants in human implantology in order to fix screws at an angle.
ACCESSORY TOOL
An accessory tool includes an adapter end, and a shank coupled to the adapter end and including a first length. The shank includes a tool engagement portion, and a first reduced portion disposed between the tool engagement portion and the adapter end. The first reduced portion has a second length. The shank additionally includes a second reduced portion formed in the tool engagement portion between the first reduced portion and an end of the shank. The second length is 2.5% to 15% of a total length of the accessory tool.
Long-shaft tool, system comprising a long-shaft tool with a first manipulator and a second manipulator as well as use for such a tool and such a system
A long-shaft tool includes a shaft extending along a longitudinal axis and having a handle at a first end of the shaft and a second end opposite the first end with a holder for a manipulator wherein the holder has a protruding latch pin provided for engagement with a recess of a manipulator, which can be moved from the protruding position into a retracted position. The holder has a coupling half for coupling with a coupling half of a manipulator which is rotatable relative to a base body of the shaft.
