TOOL FOR TIGHTENING OR LOOSENING DIFFERENT ELEMENTS UNIDIRECTIONALLY, REGARDLESS OF THE DIRECTON OF ROTATION OF THE INPUT SHAFT (DOUBLE-RATCHET WRENCH)
20210162570 · 2021-06-03 ·

A tool for tightening or loosening different elements unidirectionally, regardless of the direction of rotation of the input shaft (double-ratchet wrench). Includes a tool or tool accessory which can tighten or loosen screws unidirectionally, regardless of the direction of rotation applied at an input shaft (1), thereby reducing the number of movements required for existing tools to tighten or loosen, for example, a screw. The tool includes a casing (13) containing technology of the type used in energy converters, configured to convert movements in different rotational directions, applied at an input shaft (1), into unidirectional rotational movements at an output shaft (2), which is parallel to the input shaft; and is disposed such that a cutting plane can be drawn through the middle of the shafts, leaving the shaft ends (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4) visible or outside the casing, with the particularity that it is possible to couple to the input shaft at one end (3.1) or the other (3.2), given that, depending on the end of the input shaft used, the elements coupled to the output shaft (2) will rotate in opposite directions and unidirectionally at each end (3.3 and 3.4) thereof, depending whether a screw is being tightened or loosened.

Wrench rotational axis re-positioning apparatus

A wrench rotational axis re-positioning apparatus includes a housing, an interior cavity defined in the housing, input and output gear assemblies mounted to the housing and disposed in the interior cavity in a meshing contact with one another and rotatable about respective first and second axes arranged in a right angle configuration with one another, the input and output gear assemblies having respective input and output fittings for connection to respective drive and driven devices, and a ratcheting mechanism mounted to the housing and extending from exterior thereof into the interior cavity such that the ratcheting mechanism is presettable, or manually manipulatable, in either one of first and second orientations relative to the output gear assembly to enable the latter to correspondingly rotate in one or the other opposite direction about the second axis in response to the input gear assembly being rotated in either opposite direction about the first axis.

Remote wrench handle and accessories

Handles and other accessories for a remote or extension wrench that assists the user better control and maneuver the remote wrench relative to a work piece. For example, the remote wrench housing can include a handle that is coupled to the remote wrench. The handle can also be rotatable relative to the remote wrench and positionable at a desired angle of rotation for improved maneuverability.

A crimping tool is provided. The crimping tool includes a stationary jaw and a movable jaw. The movable jaw is arranged adjacent the stationary jaw, the movable jaw being movable from an open position to a closed position A linkage is operably coupled to the movable jaw on one end, the linkage rotatable about an axle. A first input member is operably coupled to the linkage to rotate the linkage about the axle, the first input member rotating about a first axis. A second input member is operably coupled to the linkage to rotate the linkage about the axle, the second input member rotating about a second axis, the second axis being substantially perpendicular to the first axis.

Drill, drill bit and staples for use therefor
10960521 · 2021-03-30 ·

A drill, drill bit and staples for use in attaching staples to a support by driving two parallel screws in the same direction simultaneously, one held by each side of the staple, so as to secure wiring to the support using the staple. The drill bit includes a central gear and two planetary gears, which gears rotate a screw-driving tool. The drill bit is held by the chuck of a drill and, when its central gear is rotated, rotates the planetary gears that drive the two screws. A harness may used to attach the housing of the drill bit to the drill to prevent rotation of the housing when the central and planetary gears are rotating. The drill may be rotatable from horizontal to vertical, telescoping and permit the bit to be rotated 90 degrees.

Offset Nut Driver
20210213597 · 2021-07-15 ·

An offset nut driver (driver) is implemented which enables machine-generated rotational movement at an input drive to translate to an output spline, and thereby to a socket bit, with minimal user effort. Use of the driver displaces, to a power drill, the human strength element in loosening and tightening bolts. Gears interior to the driver translate the rotational movement from the input drive to the output spline. The input drive may be a hex input rod which can connect to a drill's receptacle, or chuck. The output mechanism may be an output spline to which a socket bit can securely connect. The socket bit can then engage with a nut or bolt for loosening or tightening, in which the rotational torque output by the socket bit is derived from the rotational force exerted against the input rod by, for example, a power drill.

90 degree socket adapter

The 90 Degrees utilizes dual ratio constant mesh gears which provides suitable use for ratchets in hard to access spaces, and particularly well suited for automotive use. The mesh gears are configured to be used either with manual or pneumatic tools. A female socket element recedes into the housing having gears therein and a male socket element meshes with the female socket element and is shaped to accommodate a female socket element at 90 degrees or the adapter element of a drive ratchet. You can use an elongated drive shaft to accommodate distance. Positioned within the housing of the adapter body are gears secured to mesh within the housing of the adapter. Rotation of the female socket element by a drive ratchet in one direction will rotate the male socket element in the opposite direction without any change in direction is governed by the ratchet use.

SYNCHRONOUSLY LINKABLE HAND TOOL
20240001517 · 2024-01-04 ·

A synchronously linkable hand tool includes a base, a rotation mechanism, a first driven mechanism and a second driven mechanism. The rotation mechanism is rotatably connected to the base and includes a driving gear. The first driven mechanism is disposed on the base and includes a first driven gear and a first locking/unlocking member connected to and rotated by the first driven gear. The second driven mechanism is disposed on the base and includes a second driven gear and a second locking/unlocking member connected to and rotated by the second driven gear. The first driven gear and the second driven gear are rotated by the driving gear to synchronously rotate the first locking/unlocking member and the second locking/unlocking member. Therefore, the force is uniform during locking or unlocking to avoid damage to the workpiece.
