RATCHET WRENCH
20230219199 · 2023-07-13 · ·

An electric ratchet wrench as one example of the ratchet wrench includes an electric motor, a holder that rotatably holds a socket via a one-way clutch mechanism, and a spindle configured to convert a driving force from the motor into a reciprocating rotation motion of the holder. A space is provided between the socket and the holder. The space includes large interval portions and small interval portions. The small interval portions are adjacent to the large interval portions in a rotation direction (lock direction) of the socket and have distances smaller than distances of the large interval portions. Additionally, the one-way clutch mechanism includes columnar locking pins disposed between the spaces and have a diameter with a size equal to or less than the distances of the large interval portions and exceeding the distances of the small interval portions.

A rotational speed controlling module includes an input unit, a first receiving unit, a second receiving unit, and a controlling unit. The input unit is to input a first target rotational speed value, a second target rotational speed value and a target number of turns. The first receiving unit is to receive a real-time rotational speed value from an electric screw driver with clutch. The second receiving unit is to receive a real-time number of turns. The controlling unit is to control real-time rotational speed value to decrease from the first target rotational speed value to the second target rotational speed value when the real-time number of turns reaches the target number of turns.

A reaction arm mounting assembly comprises a first part and a second part, the first part being configured for attachment to a power tool and the second part is mounted on the first part. The mounting of the second part on the first part: permits sliding motion between the first and second part along an axis common to the first and second parts in a first sliding region and prevents rotation between the first and second member in the first sliding region; and permits rotation between the first and second members in a second sliding region.

A power tool, including a support structure, a pivot bearing arranged on the support structure, a shaft mounted on the support structure via the pivot bearing, a rotatable tool coupled to the shaft, in particular a saw blade, milling cutter or grinding wheel, a strain gauge arrangement for detecting a mechanical quantity which depends on a force emanating from the tool, and a control device which is adapted to recognize an event and/or a state of the power tool according to the detected mechanical quantity. The strain gauge arrangement is arranged on a stationary structure section coupled in a force-transmitting manner to the pivot bearing and is not arranged on the pivot bearing.

A method for controlling or regulating a hand-held power tool, in particular a screwdriver, preferably a rotary impact screwdriver. The method includes: application of a first torque, in particular torque impulse, to a screw in a first direction of rotation, and application of a second torque, in particular torque impulse, to the screw, in a second direction of rotation opposite to the first direction of rotation.

Tool for driving a fastener

A fastener driving tool is provided for driving a fastener onto a threaded rod. The fastener driving tool includes a housing, and an input shaft rotatably supported by the housing. The input shaft defines a first rotational axis. An output member is rotatably supported by the housing. The output member is configured to rotatably support the fastener. The output member is configured to receive the fastener and a portion of the threaded rod. A transmission assembly is operatively coupled between the input shaft and the output member. The transmission assembly is configured to convert an input torque from the input shaft about the first rotational axis to an output torque about a second rotational axis acting on the output member. The second rotational axis is disposed at an angle relative to the first rotational axis.
