An organism eradication system and method of use configured for capturing and treating target organisms in a body of water, wherein the target organisms enter the system through a concentrator, are exposed to and mixed with an agent in a mixing section, and then die off over an appropriate dwell time with related environmental catalysts in a holder.

A mollusc farming machine deploys a tillage assembly connected by a support frame to a vehicle platform. The vehicle platform enables the user to mechanically traverse the tillage assembly across an aquaculture harvesting area, digging into the earth of the harvesting area in order to harvest clams and other molluscs. An agitating mechanism causes reciprocal motion of the tillage assembly in order to break up the aquaculture earth as a tilling section of the tillage assembly is displaced at an angle through the earth, forcing the earth and any buried molluscs onto the tillage section. The agitating motion further serves to sift the earth by causing dirt, plant matter and other debris to fall through spaces between a plurality of sifting rods of the tilling section, leaving behind any molluscs previously buried within the earth to be collected by workers.

A suction generation device, comprising a fluid supply port and a suction port in fluid communication with an expulsion port and a matter collection arrangement to receive a fluid from the expulsion port; the suction device comprises a suction conduit connected to the suction port and a handheld appliance that assists in collecting matter in a fluid; the suction generation device configurable to receive a fluid supply at the fluid supply port and flow to the expulsion port that reduces pressure at the suction port to cause a fluid flow through the suction port carrying solid particles entrained therein; the suction generation device is configured to combine the fluid supply and the fluid flow to form the expulsion fluid, and direct the expulsion fluid through the expulsion port into the matter collection arrangement configured to hold a proportion of the solid particles entrained in the fluid flow therein.

A suction generation device, comprising a fluid supply port and a suction port in fluid communication with an expulsion port and a matter collection arrangement to receive a fluid from the expulsion port; the suction device comprises a suction conduit connected to the suction port and a handheld appliance that assists in collecting matter in a fluid; the suction generation device configurable to receive a fluid supply at the fluid supply port and flow to the expulsion port that reduces pressure at the suction port to cause a fluid flow through the suction port carrying solid particles entrained therein; the suction generation device is configured to combine the fluid supply and the fluid flow to form the expulsion fluid, and direct the expulsion fluid through the expulsion port into the matter collection arrangement configured to hold a proportion of the solid particles entrained in the fluid flow therein.

A scallop harvesting bag used for harvesting scallops. The scallop harvesting bag may clip to a swimsuit allows for the use of both hands to hold and put scallops into this bag. The scallop harvesting bag has a rigid to semi-rigid throated opening to facilitate insertion of harvested scallops into the bag. The bag is attached to a bottom end of the throated opening and has an extraction closure defined along at least one edge of the bag. The bag may be formed of a mesh material to facilitate cleaning sand and debris from the harvested scallops contained therein.

The bag may be formed of a mesh material to facilitate cleaning sand and debris from the harvested scallops contained therein.

A tunicate tending and harvesting system for the tending and harvesting of tunicates (15) grown on at least one elongated, suspended growth surface (7) is disclosed. The system comprises a tending and harvesting machine (14), the machine (14) comprising at least a first and a second treatment stage, and means for moving the at least one growth surface (7) sequentially through the treatment stages. Further, a tunicate tending and harvesting method for the tending and harvesting of tunicates grown on at least one elongated suspended growth surface (7) is disclosed.

A tunicate tending and harvesting system for the tending and harvesting of tunicates (15) grown on at least one elongated, suspended growth surface (7) is disclosed. The system comprises a tending and harvesting machine (14), the machine (14) comprising at least a first and a second treatment stage, and means for moving the at least one growth surface (7) sequentially through the treatment stages. Further, a tunicate tending and harvesting method for the tending and harvesting of tunicates grown on at least one elongated suspended growth surface (7) is disclosed.

A foldable handheld net having a handle portion defining a first end of the lobster net, a net frame assembly with a first and second frame members forming at least a portion of the handle portion and each having magnets or another fastener disposed thereon, wherein the first and second frame members have a meshed net attached thereto and are operably configured to selectively rotate and selective couple with respect to one another and be retained in a folded position along a frame translation path with the magnets or fasteners. Additionally, the handle portion may have tickling stick selectively removably coupled thereto for detachment and use by the user.
