MOUNTING DEVICE FOR INSULATION HOLDERS
Mounting device for inserting insulation holders into insulation material, where the mounting device comprises a drive head adapted to drive the insulation holder through a central opening of the head portion of the mounting device, where the central opening is provided with a threaded portion, where the lead pitch of the threaded portion is at least 30 millimetres. The advantage of the invention is that insulation holders can be inserted into insulation material in an easy and cost-effective way. An insulation holder can be driven completely through the central opening since the insulation holder does not have a protruding head. The insulation holder is provided with a thread corresponding to the thread of the central opening, such that the insulation holder is screwed into the insulation material.
Locking drill bit tool and stabilizing setting tool head system
The present disclosure provides for a system to secure an anchor within a bore hole comprising a drill bit tool to be connected and secured to an improved setting tool head. The system is also comprised of an anchor removably secured to the setting tool head to optimize the setting strength of the anchor. The system is also comprised of bullets having preferred size ranges to further optimize the setting of various anchors.
High tolerance removable blind fastener
A removable blind fastener includes an anti-rotation body having an external face with an aperture, the external face being suitable for engaging with a surface of a work-piece to be clamped. The fastener further includes a hollow leg member with a plurality of slots defining outwardly biasable resilient legs at one end and an externally threaded portion at the other end, the leg member having a bore tapering towards the legs, the leg member being translatable through the aperture, the leg member and the aperture further having inter-engaging anti-rotation features to prevent the leg member from rotating about its central axis relative to the anti-rotation body. The fastener may further include a thread tube with an internal thread cooperable with the external thread of the leg member and located co-axially with the leg member and a rod member having a shaft with a head end and a free end.
Clip tool
A tool for assisting in the installation and/or removal of clips. The tool can include a handle and a tool head attached to the handle. The tool head includes a clip abutment portion having at least one surface operable to substantially abut at least a portion of a clip. A magnet in the tool head is configured to retain the clip proximate to the clip abutment portion such that a user can utilize a tool to apply a clip to an article. The tool head can also include a clip extrication element to facilitate removal of installed clips.

Wall magnet anchor system
A wall magnet anchor system is used to install magnetic anchors in wall material that can be used to magnetically hold an object to the wall, thereby avoiding the need to a conventional hook that is protrudes from the surface of the wall. The anchor can include a helical thread to hold the anchor in the wall. An installation tool includes a cutting features at one end for cutting a hole in a wall to receive an anchor, and an installation feature that engages the anchor an allows a user to drive the anchor, through rotation, into the hole cut by the cutting features.

TEMPORARY FASTENER FOR STRUCTURES
The present invention concerns a fastener (110) for the temporary assembly of at least two previously drilled structures (112) comprising: a hollow body (122) comprising a bearing surface (40); elastic clips (24) which are movable relative to the body and which form a projection relative to the bearing surface; a spacer (26) around which the elastic clips are positioned; a connecting element (130), extending within the body and secured to the elastic clips (24); and an actuating element (132) linked to connecting element by a thread/tapping (67, 84).
The connecting element is traversed by a lateral opening (70) axially extended between two closed ends (72, 74); and the fastener also comprises a transverse stop (28) secured to the spacer, the said stop being capable of sliding between the axial ends of the said lateral opening.
Key locking stud installation tool
A tool for installing a stud having a plurality of locking keys into a workpiece bore includes a main body, an actuator within the main body, a nosepiece adjacent the main body and having an anvil portion, and a mandrel disposed within the nosepiece. The actuator includes a movable piston, a shaft extending axially from the piston, and a coupler on a shaft end opposite the piston. The mandrel includes a threaded head portion and a body portion, and is releasably secured to the coupler.
