Sheet processing apparatus
A sheet processing apparatus is provided with an operation member and an motion member that rotates with a force of the operation member through the connection part and applies force to an acting member. A fulcrum of a rotating operation of the operation member moves depending on an operation of the operation member. A first length between the fulcrum and a part at which the operation member is applied with the force and a second length between the fulcrum and a part at which the force is applied from the operation member to the motion member are changed.
Compact electric spring energized desktop stapler
A compact, electric, spring energized desktop stapler having a unitized housing providing both an external movable enclosure and a support frame for internal parts is disclosed. The internal power train is preferably elongated with the motor at the rear, a gear set toward the center, and low profile lever and power spring assembly at the front. The lever engages a striker with a normal upper rest position where the power spring is deflected and energized. A cam roller mounted to a final gear holds down the rear of the lever until the system is activated when the final gear rotates and the cam roller rolls off the end of the lever. In the unitized body, the base is pivotally attached to the body at the rear. A base lever selectively links to a cam roller or equivalent structure to move the body downward toward the base during a cycle.
Apparatus for Bonding Laminate Structures
A composite laminate reinforcing tool may be used to form a reinforced joint at a bond line of a composite laminate structure. The tool may hold one or more clips having posts, and the tool may be positioned along the bond line between at least two composite laminate elements. Joint sections of the clip may be heated to increase a pliability of the joint section, and the tool may be actuated to drive the post through the at least two composite laminate elements. The posts may be deflected toward a base of the clip, thereby to seat the clip. The reinforced composite laminate structure may then be cured.

Stapler
A stapler is provided, wherein the stapler includes: a main body including a nail outlet, the nail outlet being open toward a nailing direction; a nailing mechanism movably connected to the main body and including a driving unit and a striker movable with the driving unit, the driving unit being configured to drive the striker to move toward the nail outlet in the nailing direction; and a buffering member positioned to the main body, located between the driving unit and the nail outlet in the nailing direction, configured to receive an impact of the driving unit thereon, and including at least one hole.
Dual-mode stapler
A dual-mode stapler has a first base, a second base, a magazine assembly, a hammer assembly, and a fastening mechanism. The second base, the magazine assembly, and the hammer assembly are pivotally connected with the first base. The fastening mechanism has an operating unit and an elastic unit disposed on one of the first and the second bases. The operating unit is configured to slide between a locking position and an unlocking position. When the operating unit is at the locking position, the operating unit is engaged with the other one of the first and the second bases to maintain the stapler in a staple-folding mode. When the operating unit is at the unlocking position, the second base pivots away from the magazine assembly to an open state to switch the stapler to a tacking mode.
