MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PAINT BRUSH TOOL ACCESSORY
Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a tool configured to attach to a handle, the tool being multifunctional. The tool may include a housing having a closed end and an open end, the open end defining a cavity sized to accommodate a handle; and a tool end extending from the closed end of the housing, wherein the tool end includes at least one scraper, a nail puller, and a screwdriver.
STAPLE REMOVING DEVICE
A staple removing device includes a device body, a removing part provided in the device body and configured to execute a staple removing operation of removing a staple from a sheet bundle, an accommodation unit detachably mounted to the device body and configured to accommodate the staple removed by the removing part, a count unit configured to count a number of operation times of the staple removing operation, a detection unit configured to detect whether the accommodation unit is attached or detached with respect to the device body, a measurement unit configured to measure an elapsed time after the detection unit detects that the accommodation unit is removed from the device body, and an operation-times reset unit that resets the number of operation times when the elapsed time becomes a predetermined time or longer.

Systems and methods relating to document and fastener identification
Method and systems of automated document processing described herein include activating in sequence a plurality of illumination modules of an illumination source to illuminate a document, where the plurality of illumination modules are located at different positions relative to the document. The document can be imaged each time the document is illuminated by an illumination module to provide a plurality of images. A shadow profile of the document can be obtained based on the plurality of images. One or more of a boundary of the document and presence of a fastener attached to the document can be identified using the shadow profile. Any fasteners present may be removed using a robot arm.
Staple remover
An automatic staple remover in a gun-shaped housing comprises a trigger that engages a series of levers and one or more springs that ultimately engage a rotating tumbler. Alternatively, the trigger engages an electric motor and gears, or a pneumatic motor and lever arrangement, or a combination of levers and motors to engage the rotating tumbler. Around the perimeter of the tumbler are one or more teeth capable of sliding under a staple. Positioned below the tumbler a removable receptacle catches removed staples. Additionally, the automatic staple remover can include stapler components side-by-side in the same housing that can be engaged by a common trigger. Stapler components comprise a series of levers and springs, a blade assembly, and a plurality of staples in a sleeve. Alternatively, stapler components can include pneumatic motor components or electric motor components.

STAPLE REMOVAL DEVICE
A staple removal device includes: a placement table on which a paper bundle is placed, the paper bundle being bound by a staple and including a first paper surface; a moving portion arranged at a position facing the first paper surface, the moving portion being movable in a direction along the first paper surface and including a wedge plate inclined in a wedge shape toward a tip end thereof; a driving portion configured to move the moving portion toward a crown portion and insert the wedge plate between the crown portion and the first paper surface; and an abutment portion arranged at a position facing the first paper surface, the abutment portion being abutted against the crown portion from a direction opposite to an insertion direction of the wedge plate after the wedge plate is inserted between the crown portion and the first paper surface.

Railroad spike remover
A portable railroad spike remover comprises an extractor that is shaped to engage and secure a railroad spike previously installed into a rail tie. A drive shaft is connected to the extractor such that as the drive shaft is rotated, the extractor is vertically raised and lowered within a main column. The extractor may have an opening extending through at least one side to engage the railroad spike.
