BUFFER SYSTEM FOR HYDRAULIC HAMMER
20170087706 · 2017-03-30 · ·

A buffer system for a hydraulic hammer is disclosed. The buffer system includes a wear member disposed between a first component and a second component. The wear member includes a first surface. The first surface is adapted to abut an inner surface of the first component. The wear member also includes a second surface distal to the first surface. The second surface is adapted to abut an outer surface of the second component. The buffer system also includes an insert member disposed in the wear member between the first surface and the second surface thereof. The insert member provides a visual indication when a predefined thickness of the wear member between the first surface and the second surface is worn.

PLUMB BOB ASSEMBLY FOR HYRAULIC HAMMER

A plumb bob assembly includes a vertical bar that includes an upper end and a lower end. The plumb bob assembly further includes a plumb bob coupled to the lower end of the vertical bar. The plumb bob assembly further includes a cross plate coupled to the vertical bar. The cross plate is located near the upper end and extends perpendicularly across the vertical bar. The cross plate includes a front end and a back end. The plumb bob assembly also includes a pair of horizontal reference plates. Each horizontal reference plate includes a reference end, each of the reference ends are configured to align with the front end or the back end of the cross plate.

Hydraulic attachment

The present invention relates to a hydraulic attachment comprising a hydraulic circuit, the attachment being a construction or demolition tool, in particular a hydraulic breaker, demolition shears, scrap shears, a pulverizer, a gripper, a crusher bucket or a compactor, which can be mechanically connected to a support device and hydraulically connected to the hydraulic system of the support device. In order to enable the hydraulic circuit to be opened quickly and safely within an attachment and, in particular, to make it possible to display the presence of a particular pressure level within a hydraulic attachment and to determine whether a dangerous residual pressure is present in the system, a hydraulic attachment is proposed that has a residual pressure display (40) which is connected to the hydraulic circuit of the attachment in a detachable or non-detachable manner.

An automatic fastening device includes a driving mechanism for driving a double-headed fastener and a magazine for receiving and delivering the double-headed fastener to the driving mechanism. The magazine includes a first channel that receives a first head of the fastener and a second channel that receives a second head of the same fastener. The first and second channels guide the fastener along the magazine and toward an actuation component of the driving mechanism for driving the fastener into an object. A plurality of double-headed fasteners are inserted into the magazine, guided by the magazine to the driving mechanism, and driven one at a time into an object such that the first head of the fasteners extends from the object for easy removal of the fasteners.

An improved pile hammer provides a cylinder, such as one with a uniform interior diameter wall and uses a piston ram to cycle up and down therein to contact an anvil on a downstroke. The anvil preferably provides a cavity to both lessen the weight and improve upward force on the ram for the upstroke. An air inlet is preferably located above an air outlet which was not possible with prior art designs. An air reservoir can be located above and external to the wall in the cylinder.
