Hand-held power tool
A suction module for a hand-held power tool includes a motor-driven fan wheel, an intake channel for sucking in dust-laden air, and a collecting container for dust. A flow sensor has a sensor surface, which is formed of plastic and is arranged in the intake channel, an electric field meter facing the sensor surface for determining the electrostatic field strength on the sensor surface, and an evaluating unit for determining a flow rate of dust-laden air on the basis of the determined electrostatic field strength.

HAMMER DRILL
A hammer drill is provided with a hammer mechanism that includes a cylinder having a central axis, a ram having a radial recess slidably mounted within the cylinder, a piston slidably mounted within the cylinder, and a ram catcher. The ram catcher includes a first ring and a second ring surrounding the central axis and forming a groove therebetween, the second ring being located between the first ring and the end of the cylinder. An O-ring that is resiliently-deformable is mounted within the groove and includes an inner side projecting inwardly towards the central axis. When the ram is in a working position, the O-ring is located forward of the ram. When the ram is in a forward position, the O-ring is located in-line with the radial recess of the ram.
Hand-held power tool with detachable clamped connection
A hand-held power tool has a tool socket 2, a drive 5, 6 for driving the tool socket 2, and a housing 19 in which the drive 5, 6 is accommodated. A stationary part 14 of the drive 5 is connected by means of at least one detachable clamped connection 21 to at least one element 19, whereby the element 19 is the housing 19 or another stationary part of the drive 5, 6. The clamped connection 21 has a cylindrical pocket 22 in the one stationary part 14, a bushing 27 that is made of plastic and that is inserted into the cylindrical pocket 22, and it has a screw 30 that is screwed into the bushing 27.

Protective device at least for protecting a user in the event of an uncontrolled blockage of a portable power tool
A protective device at least for protecting a user in the event of an uncontrolled blockage of a portable power tool includes at least one rotationally drivable shaft and at least one wrap-spring-free overload clutch unit which is arranged on the shaft and is configured at least to interrupt transmission of a drive force if a torque limit is exceeded. The protective device further including at least one wrap-spring clutch unit configured to brake the shaft.
Hand-Held Power Tool
The disclosure is based on a hand-held power tool having at least one switch device which comprises at least one switching element at least for activating a power supply of a drive unit, having at least one quick-change tool holder which is provided for holding an insertion tool which is different from an insertion tool with an SDS shaft having a maximum transverse extent of 10 mm and/or having at least one accumulator interface. It is proposed that the at least one switching device comprises at least one locking unit which is provided for maintaining, at least essentially independently of an effect of an operator activation force, an active operating mode which can be activated by actuating the at least one switching element.
Striking hand-held machine tool
The invention relates to a striking hand-held machine tool having a tool holder for holding a striking tool on a working shaft, an electric motor, and a striking mechanism. In the striking direction, the striking mechanism has an exciter piston, a pneumatic chamber, a striker, an intermediate chamber and a rivet snap following one another. A closed channel connects a first channel opening in the pneumatic chamber and a second channel opening in the intermediate chamber. A non-return valve, which shuts off during an air flow from the first channel opening to the second channel opening and opens during an air flow from the second channel opening to the first channel opening, is arranged in the channel. Arranged on the second channel opening is a shut-off valve, which is forced into a position closing the second channel opening when the rivet snap is in the working position.
Hand-held power tool, fanless storage battery
A hand-held power tool, in particular a hammer drill or a combination hammer, is disclosed. The hand-held power tool includes a tool housing which has a receiving recess designed to replaceably receive a storage battery or a power supply unit. The hand-held power tool has an electric drive motor with a cooling fan. The tool housing has a first vent portion which is located in the receiving recess and through which a volume flow generated by the cooling fan can be guided.
