This invention is a way of making a cast-mold jig used in angling that allows the angler to change the weight of the jig by adding and removing weights to and from the jig. FIGS. 1 and 2 illustrate two different ways of making a cast-mold jig that can accommodate removable weights. The example implementations depicted by FIGS. 1 and 2 show the embodiments of Claim 1 specifically with arrow items 1, 2, 11, 13. All other arrows are for contextual purposes.

A pivoting fishing jig is provided. The device includes a jig body having an upper section and a lower section, wherein the upper section is pivotally affixed to the lower section at a first end of each of the upper section and the lower section. The jig body is selectively movable between an open position and a closed position. A first hook is affixed to a second end of the upper section. A connector is affixed to the first end of the lower section, wherein the connector is removably securable to a fishing line. This ink-extender amalgam can be applied in multiple layers however the bottom layer must have the least amount of hue saturation. Each layer thereafter would increase in hue saturation. Multiple hue combinations can be utilized. Once the desired number of thermochromatic layers has been applied, an ultra-clear super high gloss lacquer finish is sprayed on to the exterior of all layers.
