Robot system and method for operating same

A robot system includes an operating device that receives an operation instruction from an operator. The system further includes a real robot that is installed in a work space and performs a series of works constituted of a plurality of steps. The system further includes transmission type display device configured to allow the operator to visually recognize a real world and configured to display a virtual. The system further includes a control device configured to operate the virtual robot displayed on the transmission type display device based on instruction information input from the operating device. The control device is further configured to thereafter operate the real robot while maintaining a state that the virtual robot is displayed on the transmission type display device when operation execution information to execute an operation of the real robot is input from the operating device.

Mobile work station with versatile tool handler arm
10800030 · 2020-10-13 ·

The mobile work station with versatile tool handler arm is a mobile work station that carries a tool handler arm that can manipulate a tool in multiple global degrees of freedom. The work station has a base housing mounted on a plurality of wheels. A vertical post is mounted on top of the base housing, the vertical post having relative rotation to the base housing. An elongate tool handler arm is pivotally mounted medially at the top of the vertical post, the tool handler arm being defined by a 4-bar linkage including an upper link, a lower link, and front and rear crank blocks pin-jointed together. An elongate handlebar connected to the rear end of the tool provides control of the tool handler, and a tool carrier attached to the front end allows selective attachment of any one of a variety of tools.

Saddle type vehicle

A saddle type vehicle includes a seat rail and a seat that is attached to the seat rail. The seat rail includes an outer edge that is placed on an outward side in a vehicle body width direction and an inner edge that is placed on an inward side in the vehicle body width direction and higher than the outer edge. On the other hand, the seat includes a sitting part. When the sitting part sits on an upper surface of the inner edge, a side part of the seat surrounds (covers) the sitting part.

A collapsible reaching device for folding a passenger side mirror assembly includes a rod that comprises a plurality of nested sections so that the rod is selectively extensible. A hook is coupled to and extends from a first end of the rod, positioning a second end of the rod to be grasped in a hand of a user who is positioned in a driver's seat of a vehicle. The user can then position the hook on a mirror assembly that is coupled to a passenger side of the vehicle to selectively manipulate the mirror assembly between an extended configuration and a folded configuration.

System and method for providing feedback during manual joint positioning

A system and method of providing feedback during manual joint positioning includes a computer-assisted medical device. The computer-assisted medical device includes an articulated arm comprising a joint and a control unit coupled to the articulated arm. The control unit is configured to provide feedback during manual positioning of the joint by determining a target position for the joint, determining kinematics of the joint relative to the target position, and providing feedback based on the kinematics of the joint.

COMBINED CYCLE NATURAL GAS PROCESSING SYSTEM
20240053095 · 2024-02-15 ·

Combined cycle natural gas processing system that does not discharge carbon dioxide to the atmosphere. The system is provided with an acid gas removal unit that separates carbon dioxide contained in natural gas, and includes a natural gas processing plant that produces liquefied natural gas, and a carbon dioxide cycle. High energy held by a high-temperature and high-pressure carbon dioxide fluid of the carbon dioxide cycle is converted into electrical energy or mechanical energy and supplied to a power consumption device and an energy consumption device provided in the natural gas processing plant. The carbon dioxide fluid extracted from the carbon dioxide cycle and a carbon dioxide separation stream separated by the acid gas removal unit are supplied to a carbon dioxide reception facility capable of receiving carbon dioxide, so that the carbon dioxide generated with production of the liquefied natural gas is not released to the atmosphere.
