FISHING LINE GUIDE AND FISHING ROD INCLUDING SAME
According to an embodiment, there is provided a fishing line guide including a ring portion through which a fishing line passes and an attachment foot extending from the ring portion and attached to a fishing rod. The attachment foot may have stepped portions each formed on each of two side portions in a cross section of the attachment foot in a width direction of the attachment foot orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the attachment foot.
PROGRAMMING INTERFACE FOR LICENSING
A software licensing Application Programming Interface (API) that allows software products to use the license management functionality of a common service. A license specifies rights in a software product. The software product calls a consume method on the API in order to consume a right. If the right exists, the service binds the right to the license in which the right is found. The software product enforces the terms of the license by granting, or denying, access to some or all features depending on whether a valid instance of the right is found. Arbitrary data can be associated with a right. The API includes a method to retrieve data from a right that has been previously bound by the consume method.

FLY ROD INCLUDING CAST SENSORS
A fly rod including sensors and methods of using the same are provided, particularly where the sensors assist the user in casting or in logging data associated with fishing activities. In a described embodiment, the fly rod comprises: a handle portion that includes a butt end; a center shaft portion that extends from the handle portion; a tip portion that extends from the shaft portion and includes a tip; a first movement sensor disposed in the tip portion; and a second movement sensor spaced apart from the first sensor.
Line feeding mechanism for interline fishing rods and related apparatus
The present disclosure provides a feeding mechanism for an interline fishing rod which couples to the rear end of the rod body or handle. The feeding mechanism differs from conventional designs by receiving a fishing line from the reel in a direction moving away from the rod tip, the line is then pulled around an internal pulley in the feeding mechanism housing and fed through a channel that is aligned with the central channel of the interline rod when coupled to it. The design protects the fishing line from tangling and damage while facilitating fast and easy assembly of the rod for use. Various accessories and compatible rod designs are also provided.
HIKING FISHING POLE
A hiking fishing pole is configured to be used for outdoor activities. The hiking fishing pole has a head arranged against a threaded rod and inserted into a first end of a handle. A top tube is arranged inside the handle and connected to a top tube connector with at least one line ring. A middle tube is connected inside the top tube connector with a cam lever. A bottom connector is joined to the middle tube and a bottom tube with a second cam lever and at least one line ring. A basket is joined to the bottom connector and further comprising a line opening.

Fishing rod comprising multiple jointed rod bodies
A fishing rod includes a hollow rod extending along a central axis; and a shaft member with an outer peripheral surface inclined relative to the central axis inserted into the rod from the one end, and that is supported by an inner peripheral surface of the rod at a support position on another end side of the one end in an axial direction along the central axis, wherein the inner peripheral surface of the rod has at least one convex portion protruding toward the central axis from a virtual curve between the support position and the one end position axially when drawing a virtual curve that is convex toward the central axis through the support position and the one end position at the end of the end side of the inner peripheral surface in an area radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the shaft member.
Programmable fishing rod vibrator with sensory feedback controller
A fishing rod vibration system including a battery powered electronics system, programmable motor controller, and user interface, as well as a vibrator selectively and detachably coupled to the electronics system for receiving output signals from the motor controller. The electronics system and user interface may be disposed in or on a fishing reel, and the electronic vibrator may be collocated with the electronics system or disposed on a fishing rod separated from the electronics system.
Fishing Tool
The invention relates to a multipurpose fishing tool that includes a clamping portion to clip the fishing tool onto a fishing rod; a line cutting portion; a line trimming portion; a hook sharpening portion; an eyelet cleaning portion; and one or more hook eyelet threading portions. The clamping portion; the line cutting portion, the line trimming portion, the hook sharpening portion, the eyelet cleaning portion, and the hook eyelet threading portion are each a different portion from the other.
