The first parison forming device comprises a first extruder, a first accumulator, and a first injection head, the first parison forming device is configured to form a first parison by injecting a first molten resin from the first injection head after the first molten resin extruded from the first extruder is accumulated in the first accumulator, the second parison forming device comprises a second extruder, a second accumulator, and a second injection head, the second parison forming device is configured to form a second parison by injecting a second molten resin from the second injection head after the second molten resin extruded from the second extruder is accumulated in the second accumulator.
Method for manufacturing SMC
A manufacturing method of an SMC of the present invention comprises (i) forming chopped carbon fiber bundles by chopping a continuous carbon fiber bundle having a filament number of NK with a rotary cutter, (ii) fragmentation-processing the chopped carbon fiber bundles by using a fragmentation-processing apparatus comprising a rotating body, (iii) forming a carbon fiber mat by depositing the fragmentation-processed chopped carbon fiber bundles on a carrier film traveling below the rotary cutter, and (iv) impregnating the carbon fiber mat with a thermosetting resin composition, wherein N is 20 or more, and the fragmentation-processing apparatus comprises a first pin roller and a second pin roller which are disposed side by side, each having a rotation axis parallel to a rotation axis direction of the rotary cutter.
Microfractured film and method for making
A method for imparting hand-tearability to an organic polymeric film by impinging a multiplicity of ceramic microblades on a major surface of the organic polymeric film. The resulting microfractured organic polymeric film can be used as a hand-tearable tape backing for a hand-tearable adhesive tape.
Water-soluble film and package
There is provided a water-soluble film containing polyvinyl alcohol resin, wherein a ratio RSm (LD/TD) is 1.2 or greater and 2.5 or less, where the RSm (LD/TD) is the ratio of an average length RSm (LD) of roughness curve elements on at least one film surface in the longitudinal direction to an average length RSm (TD) of roughness curve elements on the same film surface in the transverse direction. This allows provision of a water-soluble film that can be suitably used for manufacturing a package with excellent uniformity of seal strength, even for manufacturing a package with excellent uniformity of seal strength during high-speed sealing; and a package using the film.
Heat-shrinkable polyester film
A heat-shrinkable polyester film that has (1) a hot-water heat shrinkage of 40% or more in a main shrinkage direction of the film when immersed in hot water of 98 C. for 10 seconds; (2) a planar orientation coefficient of 0.035-0.070; (3) ethylene terephthalate as a main constituent component and 6-25 mol % diethylene glycol (DEG) constituent in 100 mol % of polyhydric alcohol in all the polyester resin constituting the film; (4) a maximum shrinkage stress of 2-17 MPa in the main shrinkage direction of the film when measured in hot air of 90 C.; and (5) a tensile elongation at break of 20% or more in a direction orthogonal to the main shrinkage direction after the film is aged in an atmosphere with an atmospheric temperature of 40 C. and a relative humidity of 85% for 28 days.
Window manufacturing method
A window manufacturing method includes providing a first adhesive on a dummy substrate, providing a first mother substrate on the first adhesive, disposing a first portion of an interleaving paper on a surface of a suction stage disposed on the first mother substrate, the surface of the suction stage facing the first mother substrate, and pressing the suction stage toward the first mother substrate to attach the first mother substrate to the dummy substrate.
Method and device for producing at least one PLA strip
An apparatus for producing at least one PLA tape includes a heating device for heating a tapelike extruded PLA film. The apparatus further includes a slitting device for slitting the PLA film heated by means of the heating device into the at least one PLA tape. The apparatus further includes a control unit which is configured to control the heating device in such a way that the PLA film is heated by the heating device to a PLA temperature in the range from 40 to 70 C. The apparatus further includes a drawing device downstream of the slitting device.
Biaxially oriented polypropylene film
The invention provides a biaxially oriented polypropylene film, wherein a relationship between a loop stiffness stress (S [mN]) in a longitudinal direction and a thickness (t [m]) satisfies the formula S0.00020t.sup.3, a relationship between a loop stiffness stress (S [mN]) in a width direction and the thickness (t [m]) satisfies the formula S0.0010t.sup.3, and a heat shrinkage rate of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 150 C. is not higher than 10% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 30% in the width direction, a heat shrinkage rate of the biaxially oriented polypropylene film at 120 C. is not higher than 2.0% in the longitudinal direction and not higher than 5.0% in the width direction, and the heat shrinkage rate at 120 C. in the longitudinal direction is lower than the heat shrinkage rate at 120 C. in the width direction.
