Foaming mixture dispensing apparatus and method
An adjustable distributor apparatus (10) for dispensing a foam forming mixture comprising a main body (20) and adjustment plate, the main body featuring at least one inlet, one channel, and one outlet, the inlet, channel and outlet in fluid connection such that a fluid may pass through the inlet into the channel and exit from the channel through the outlet, and the outlet being coupled with at least one adjustment plate (40), the adjustment plate featuring at least a first face, a second face opposing the first face, and an outlet hole, enabling a seal between either the outlet of the main body or the second face of a second adjustment plate, and the outlet hole extending from the first face to the second face by way of a fluid connection through the adjustment plate.

A method for producing a polymethyl methacrylate plate includes the steps of providing a mould that includes at least one gasket which is enclosed between two substantially parallel mould parts, introducing liquid including methyl methacrylate prepolymer and/or methyl methacrylate monomer in the mould and enabling polymerization of the liquid methyl methacrylate. A gasket is used in a mould for producing a polymethyl methacrylate plate.

A method for manufacturing an acoustic attenuation structure including a complex acoustic multi-element panel extending along a horizontal and a vertical direction and an acoustic skin covering one of horizontal faces of the complex acoustic multi-element panel, the complex acoustic multi-element panel including complex acoustic elements each having a shape gradually narrowing between a base and a tip and partitions surrounding each complex acoustic element to form a plurality of acoustic cells, the partitions extending along the vertical direction from the base of the complex acoustic elements, the complex acoustic multi-element panel being produced by injection of a filled or unfilled thermoplastic or thermosetting material. The complex acoustic multi-element panel and the plurality of partitions are produced as a single part by injection of a filled or unfilled thermoplastic or thermosetting material.
Curable silicone composition, cured product of same, and method for producing same
Provided is a curable silicone composition and uses thereof. The composition has hot-melt properties, strongly adheres to poorly adhesive substrates, and is particularly superior in flexibility and toughness at high temperatures from room temperature to approximately 150 C. in cured products such as overmolding, in addition to providing a cured product that does not easily warp or become damaged even when integrally molded with a lead frame or the like. The composition comprises: (A) organopolysiloxane resin microparticles where 20 mol % or more of all siloxane units is siloxane units represented by RSiO.sub.3/2 where R is a monovalent hydrocarbon group; (B) a silatrane derivative or a carbasilatrane derivative; (C) a curing agent; and (D) a functional inorganic filler. The content of component (D) is 50% or more by volume relative to the overall composition. The composition is solid at 25 C. and has hot-melt properties at a temperature of 200 C. or lower.
GRIPPER UNIT AND STRETCHING UNIT
The present disclosure relates to a gripper unit for a stretching unit as well as a stretching unit. The gripper unit includes a base body, a gripping jaw and at least one blade flap. The blade flap is located pivotably on the base body about a pivot axis and includes a complementary gripping jaw on one first end, the complementary gripping jaw interacting with the gripping jaw in a gripping position in order to grip a material web. In addition, the blade flap includes a neck section and a head section, wherein the neck section extends from the pivot axis to the head section, the head section forming a second end of the blade flap. The head section has an upper length (L.sub.K) measured in a direction of travel (R) of the gripper unit, which is at least 50% longer than a minimum length (L.sub.H) of the neck section.
WET MASTERBATCH PRODUCTION LINE BASED ON HIGH-SPEED IMPINGING STREAM REACTION
The wet masterbatch production line based on high-speed impinging stream reaction is provided, and includes: the mixing unit, configured for mixing and standing carbon black and latex to obtain granular rubber material; the dehydration unit, configured for performing dehydrating treatment on granular rubber material after standing to obtain flocculent rubber material; the conveying and refining unit, configured for conveying and refining dehydrated flocculent rubber material to obtain sheet rubber material; the cooling treatment unit, configured for cooling, and folding and stacking refined sheet rubber material; and the control unit, configured for automatically controlling the mixing unit, the dehydration unit, the conveying and refining unit and the cooling treatment unit. The working state of the extrusion-dehydration-expansion-drying integrated machine is accurately controlled, so that the rubber material generates heat at a certain internal pressure, a certain stirring rotating speed and a certain shearing speed.
Mesh structure and method of forming the mesh structure
A method of forming a mesh from thermoplastic material includes the steps of: providing an apparatus comprising a shredder and a binding station, urging thermoplastic material through the shredder to from strips of shredded material, and then transferring the shredded thermoplastic material through the binding station to form a more integral mesh formation from the shredded thermoplastic material. Such mesh material can be used for a variety of applications such as cushioning or the like.

A multilayer foam film suitable for direct and non-direct food contact and aseptic packaging application is disclosed.
