Integrally formed resin diffusing component, doe, and manufacturing method therefor
An integrally formed resin diffusing component, a diffractive optical element (DOE), and a manufacturing method thereof. A resin material in a liquid is spread between a supporting plate and a mold of a manufacturing apparatus, pressed, and light-cured, thus producing the light-cured resin diffusing component or the DOE. The diffusing component or the DOE is integrally formed, the phenomenon of delamination is prevented from occurring, and the need for high-temperature injection molding and cooled forming is obviated.

The production device includes: a resin extruder configured to extrude and coat a resin onto the optical fiber bundle; and a water tank configured to store cooling water for cooling the resin to form the tube, wherein: the resin extruder includes: an extruder die having an extrusion port for the resin; a pipe penetrating the extruder die; and an air pump mechanism configured to pump air to the pipe; and the water tank includes: a sizing die having an inlet, a passage port, and a suction port for the cooling water; and a cooling water suction mechanism configured to suck the cooling water from the sizing die.

A roll manufacturing apparatus includes a rotary device including a rotary encoder, a cutting tool stage that holds a spindle unit, which includes a rotatable cutting blade, reciprocatably in a radial direction of a roll and is movable in the radial direction of the roll, a signal generator that generates, based on signals output from the rotary encoder, a control waveform indicating a movement pattern to reciprocate the cutting blade at positions corresponding to predetermined cutting portions, and a controller that moves the cutting tool stage so that a cutting process of reciprocating the cutting blade in the radial direction of the roll while rotating the cutting blade, according to the control waveform, to perform cutting once or multiple times with the cutting blade at a predetermined cutting depth is performed multiple times.
