A cutting device is disclosed. The cutting device has a first housing member, a second housing member that is removably attachable to the first housing member to form a housing, and a carriage that is movably disposed in the housing, the carriage including a first attachment portion, which is disposed at a first portion of the carriage, and a second attachment portion, which is disposed at a second portion of the carriage that is disposed away from the first portion of the carriage. The cutting device also has an exterior member disposed at an exterior of the housing and attached to the carriage via an aperture disposed in one of the first housing member and the second housing member, and a cutting member that is removably attachable to the first attachment portion at the first portion of the carriage.

A folding knife includes a blade mounted for pivotal movement between an open position and a closed position. The knife includes a locking assembly having a cam mounted for pivotal movement between a raised position, in which the locking assembly is in an unlocked configuration allowing pivotal movement of the blade, and a lowered position, in which the locking assembly is in a locked configuration preventing pivotal movement of the blade. The knife with an extensible blade is formed by a handle equipped with a cavity in which the blade is placed. The cavity is open from its side adjacent to the blade tip. In the cavity, at least one guiding groove is formed which is blind near the front edge of the handle. Near its rear, blunt edge, the blade is equipped with at least one guiding member corresponding with at least one guiding groove of the handle. The cavity is farther equipped with an extending groove being open from its front side adjacent to the blade tip and cooperating with a connecting member of the blade. An extending member connectable with this connecting member leads through the extending groove of the handle and protrudes out of it when the blade is housed inside the handle.

Multiple cutting boards of different widths can be provided to place and cut different amount or rolls of the food products.
