Knife with sliding gear
A utility knife includes a blade, a housing to store the blade, an actuator, and a pinion gear to deploy the blade. The pinion gear includes one or more sets of teeth that are engaged with a fixed rack of the housing and a sliding rack of the blade holder. The pinion gear is also coupled to the actuator, which is configured to linearly translate the pinion gear. As the pinion gear linearly translates between front and back ends of the housing, the pinion gear rotates due to its engagement with the fixed rack. The further engagement between the pinion gear and the sliding rack causes the sliding rack to advance in the same linear direction as the pinion gear by a distance that is greater than the linear distance traversed by the pinion gear, thereby advancing or retracting the blade connected to the blade holder.
Knife
Some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a knife. The knife includes a handle and a blade, the handle includes a first casing and a second casing that are detachably connected, the blade is clamped between the first casing and the second casing, the blade is provided with a plurality of limiting openings that are arranged horizontally, a limiting structure corresponding to the limiting openings is arranged on the handle, and the limiting structure has a locking position and an unlocking position; when the limiting structure is in the locking position, the blade is fixed on the handle; and when the limiting structure is in the unlocking position, the blade can move forward or backward relative to the handle.
ADJUSTABLE BLADE DEPTH PEN CUTTER
The present disclosure generally relates to a cutting device, and more particularly to a cutting device having a selectively replaceable and reorientable blade. The cutting device may have a housing and a carriage that is movably disposed in the housing, the carriage being movable between a retracted position and an extended position. The cutting device may also have a cutting member that is removably disposable and reorientable in the carriage and a cover member that is removably attachable to the housing. Further, the cutting device may include an adjustable blade depth assembly providing the ability to direct and/or pre-select the depth or length a blade disposed in the blade carriage will reach upon engagement of a dial component and/or switch member operably connected to the blade carriage.
Utility knife
A utility knife includes a body having a handle portion and a head portion, the handle portion having a plurality of recesses formed in the handle portion. Each of the recesses is capable of receiving at least one replacement blade. A grip is pivotally attached to the handle portion and configured to be positioned in an open position or a closed position, the grip in the open position providing access to the at least one replacement blade. A blade carrier is pivotally coupled to the body, the blade carrier having a post and being rotatable between a closed position and an open position. An active blade is received by the post of the blade carrier such that the post extends into an opening of the active blade.

Utility Knife
A utility knife including a handle, a blade, a first blade holder, and a spare blade holder. The spare blade holder is pivotal with respect to the handle between an open position where the recess is exposed to allow a spare blade to be removed from the spare blade holder and a closed position where the recess is within a slot of the handle to inhibit removal of the spare blade from the spare blade holder. The spare blade holder further including a cam surface and the cam surface of the spare blade holder engages a cam surface of the handle when the spare blade holder is in the closed position to urge the spare blade holder in a direction from a first longitudinal side of the handle toward a second longitudinal side of the handle to allow the first blade holder to pivot between extended and folded positions.

EASILY DISASSEMBLED FOLDING KNIFE
A blade assembly for a folding knife includes a blade and a bearing assembly. The blade includes a cutting portion and a tang portion. The tang portion comprises a pivot opening, a first recess, and a second recess. The bearing assembly is coupled to the blade and includes a first bearing member, a second bearing member, and a sleeve. The first bearing member is disposed within the first recess of the tang portion, the second bearing member is disposed within the second recess of the tang portion, and the sleeve extends through the first bearing member, the second bearing member, and the pivot opening of the tang portion.

KNIFE ALLOWING RAPID AND SAFE REPLACEMENT AND SECUREMENT OF BLADE, AND CONNECTING BASE THEREOF
A knife allowing rapid and safe replacement and securement of a blade which can be fixed to a front end of a connecting base of the knife. The connecting base has a rear end that can be connected to a handle, and includes an upper base body, a lower base body, a lock-release member, and a spacer plate that can be located between the upper and lower base bodies and form an engaged-connection groove along with the base bodies therebetween. The engaged-connection groove matches, and enables the insertion therein and engagement therewith, a portion of the blade at or adjacent to the rear end thereof. The lock-release member can be arranged on the connecting base for a user to set the blade into a locked state, in which the blade is securely positioned and cannot be detached, or an unlocked state, in which the blade can be detached.
