10337132 · 2019-07-02 ·

The present disclosure relates generally to a device for the removal of pills from the surface of the fabric. The device can comprise a body having a top end, bottom end, a first side, and a second side. A blade can be positioned at the top end of the body with the blade having a plurality of upper teeth and a plurality of lower teeth. A motor can be positioned within the body and can be operatively attached to the blade and a power source. A guide can be attached to the top end of the body and can include a base that is wider than the top end and first and second armatures spaced on opposite sides of the base. Each armature can extend from the base in a direction substantially parallel to the other armature. A connector is attached to the armatures opposite the base wherein the base, first and second armatures, and the connector define an opening position to accept part of the blades.

Hair length hand guide

The Hair Length Hand Guide allows for the user to easily measure and cut hair at uniform lengths. The guide is mounted between any two fingers on either hand such that the guide support extends perpendicular to the bottom of the hand when the user's fingers are extended straight and the hand is flat. To measure hair, the user can run their fingers at an angle in a combing motion through the hair grasping any that needs to be cut at its base. The curvature on the bottom of the guide support then allows the user to rock their hand back, pulling the hair grasped between their fingers straight while bringing the hand parallel to the cutting surface. The user can then cut any hair that extends beyond the top of their fingers for a uniform cut.

TERMINAL CUTTER FOR REMOVING TERMINALS FROM A CARRIER STRIP

A terminal cutter includes a tool frame having a first cutting member coupled to an upper handle having a first cutting surface for cutting a terminal from a carrier strip and a second cutting member coupled to a lower handle having a second cutting surface for cutting the terminal from the carrier strip. A terminal strip guide assembly is coupled to the upper handle and/or the lower handle offset from the first and second cutting members. The terminal strip guide assembly includes a strip guide having a slot receiving the carrier strip and having a guide surface adjacent the slot. The guide surface is configured to engage the terminal to locate the terminal relative to the terminal strip guide assembly and to control a depth of the carrier strip received in the slot.

A holster for carrying heavy duty or industrial scissors on a user's belt. The scissors having a pair of handles and cutting blades. The holster includes a front panel and a back panel, the front panel being secured to the back panel to define therebetween a pouch having an opening and an oppositely disposed closed end. The cutting blades of the scissors are insertable through the opening of the pouch. The holster further includes restraining means, which may be in the form of a restraining rivet, for preventing an end tip of the cutting blades contacting the closed end of the pouch when the scissors are placed into the pouch.

The present invention provides scissors obtained by selecting materials sliding against each other, utilizing their springiness, enabling the shape of a blade to be followed so that a shear blade slides against the opposite shear blade, and can cut along the opposite blade. The present invention relates to scissors for medical use comprised of a pair of shanks with one ends forming an upper shear blade and a lower shear blade and with the other ends of the pair of shanks forming handles, the handles being opened and closed centered about a pivot where the shanks intersect and causing the upper shear blade and lower shear blade to open and close, at least one of the upper shear blade and the lower shear blade being formed by an alloy having an elastic deformation ability of 0.2% or more.

Cutting tool with blade and handle opening control mechanism

A bypass pruning tool with a manual dial adjustment for varying the degree of blade and handle opening. A rotary drum dial uses a nautilus cam with a shaft cam-follower to provide adjustment of the blade and handle openings in a continuous range. A blade locking mechanism provides position closure of the blades.

MANUAL CUTTING TOOL
