COMPRESSION OR CUTTING TOOL AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A COMPRESSION OR CUTTING TOOL
A working head (1) for a compression or cutting tool (100) comprises a connecting portion (3) for a removable connection of the working head (1) with an actuation part (2) of the tool (100), two jaws (4) movable between an open position and a closed position to perform the compression or cutting, and a local storage (6) configured for storing one or more cumulative data representative of a stress history of the jaws (4), wherein the local storage (6) is fixed to the working head (1).
Portable In-Line Hydraulic Tool
A portable, hand held hydraulic cutting tool having an in-line handle assembly and a working head assembly. The handle assembly has a tool frame portion and a neck portion. The working head assembly has a pair of jaw members joined so that they are movable relative to each other and held in place by a locking pin. Each jaw member has a cutting blade attached thereto. Each jaw member can be tapered and can include weight reducing pockets defined in respective sidewalls. Each jaw member includes a raised tab on an outside edge that mates with a respective tab notch in a yoke of the neck portion of the handle assembly. When the locking pin is in an extended position, the jaw members of the tool can separate and rotate away from one another until their respective locking tabs engage their respective locking tab opening, connecting the jaw members to the yoke of the neck portion of the handle assembly.

SHEAR CUTTING TOOL
A shear cutting tool includes a housing, a hydraulic drive assembly at least partially supported in the housing, and a head assembly coupled to the housing. The housing has a first end, second end, base portion, and a handle extends from the housing. The handle supports a trigger. The hydraulic drive assembly is activated by the trigger and is configured to move a movable die relative to a stationary die. The head assembly is coupled to the second end of the housing and includes a clevis that supports the movable and stationary dies, a plurality of extensions, and a stop plate with a lower face. The extensions are coupled to the clevis and the stop plate is coupled to the extensions. The clevis has a support portion that, together with the lower face and the base portion, define a support plane.
POWER TOOL HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The present disclosure provides a power tool including a housing and a hydraulic drive assembly at least partially supported in the housing. The housing includes a handle that supports a switch that activates the tool. The hydraulic drive assembly includes a pump assembly operably coupled to the motor assembly, a reservoir configured to contain hydraulic fluid in fluid communication with the pump assembly and in which a baffle is supported, a cylinder in fluid communication with the pump assembly which supports an auto-return valve therein, and a piston disposed in the cylinder and biased to a first position by a piston spring. The pump assembly includes a manifold housing that at least partially defines an inlet passageway that fluidly communicates the pump assembly and the cylinder and supports an inlet check valve.
Trigger activated tools having activation lockouts
Trigger activated tools are provided that have one or more activation lockouts. The activation lockouts include electrical resets, variable position lockouts, mechanical lockouts, shield lockouts, and any combinations thereof.

Cutting device
A cutting device includes a first cutting element and a second cutting element configured to move relative to each other, and a first gripping element and a second gripping element configured to move relative to each other. The cutting device further includes at least one driving element configured to assist a movement of the second cutting element relative to the first cutting element in an assistance mode in which the at least one driving element is activated, and a sensor configured to recognize an object located between the first gripping element and the second gripping element in order to switch off the assistance mode.

Rebar cutting tool
A cutting head for a power tool. The cutting head includes a first jaw having a first blade mounting surface and a second jaw having a second blade mounting surface. The second jaw is rotatably coupled to the first jaw. The cutting head also includes a first blade removably coupled to the first blade mounting surface of the first jaw and a second blade removably coupled to the second blade mounting surface of the second jaw. A first cutting edge of the first blade is substantially co-planar with a second cutting edge of the second blade. During a cutting action, the first jaw and the second jaw rotate with respect to one another to bring the first cutting edge closer to the second cutting edge.
