THROATLESS POWER ROTARY SHEARS
An easy to use power rotary shear is disclosed to facilitate cutting rigid and semi-rigid sheeted materials, such as rigid sheeted materials including the likes of metal roofing, or other rolled or formed sheet metal, sheeted semi-rigid plastics, fiberglass, and the like, as well as a method of making same, and a method of using it. This includes utilizing a portable single handed, weight balanced, smooth cutting power rotary shear. One specific preferred aspect has certain features including a v-shaped relief behind the rotary cutting blades that automatically separates the pieces generated by the cutting operation. Cutting rigid sheeted materials, especially large pieces, is made almost effortless with the inclusion of this motorized power rotary shear that can be operated with one hand, while holding the workpiece with the other hand.
PARTIALLY-SERRATED DISPOSABLE PIZZA CUTTER
This invention is a partially-serrated disposal pizza cutting apparatus. The invention is an affordable, safe, easy-to-use, single body cutting device with a graspable handle joined at a static contact point to a round cutting portion having a circumference that has both serrated and non-serrated segments to slice and separate customized pizza portions.
Windshield wiper cutter
The present invention relates to a windshield wiper cutter for removing a portion of a blade of a windshield wiper. The windshield wiper cutter allows the user to manually engage a windshield wiper cutter along a linear path and across at least one cutter to remove a portion of the blade of a windshield wiper. In doing so, an old, uneven or damaged blade can be repurposed for future use by removing only the old, uneven or damaged portions of the blade and leaving the remaining portions of the blade intact. In the process of removing only a specific portion of the blade, the inside of the blade is now exposed and a new edge is formed. The new edge comprising a previously unused portion of the blade that effectively disperses debris and water from the windshield of a vehicle.
Rotary knife providing material removal via suction
A vacuum rotary knife is fluidly connectable to a vacuum source conduit. The rotary knife includes an annular blade and a knife head. The knife head supports the blade for rotation about a rotational axis. The knife head presents a vacuum port fluidly connectable to the conduit. The vacuum port is spaced from the blade such that the knife head defines a suction pathway extending between the blade and the vacuum port.
PIZZA CUTTER CLEANING, STORAGE, AND ISOLATION DEVICE
The pizza cutter cleaning, storage, and isolation device disclosed herein may allow a user to store and clean pizza cutters between uses, while also isolating each pizza cutter intended for specific consumers. Such a device may implement a cartridge system, one or more of which may be installed in a main body, into which a single pizza cutter may be placed. The cartridge may be designed to isolate and clean the pizza cutter installed therein, and the pizza cutters themselves may be color-coded, or the cartridges may be color-coded, so as to prevent cross-contamination of the cutters, the pizzas, or the debris picked up when cutting a pizza. The cartridges may further implement a sanitizing bath into which a pizza cutter head may be suspended, or may implement a catch tank for waste debris. The device may further comprise a blade sharpener for additional functionality.
Cam-actuated split blade housing for power operated rotary knife
A blade housing assembly for a power operated rotary knife including a split blade housing and a cam mechanism for changing a blade housing diameter between blade supporting and blade changing positions. The split blade housing includes an annular blade support section, a mounting section and a split extending through the mounting section and an inner wall of the blade support section and defining a split distance between first and second circumferential ends of the inner wall. The split includes a radial split section and an angled split section adjacent the inner wall. The mounting section includes first and second body portions on opposite sides of the split. The cam mechanism includes a cam plate bridging the first and second body portions and a cam member rotatably supported by the cam plate. The cam member is rotatable between closed and open positions to change the blade housing diameter.
SPLIT BLADE HOUSING WITH EXPANSION SLEEVE ASSEMBLY FOR POWER OPERATED ROTARY KNIFE
A blade housing assembly for a power operated rotary knife including a split blade housing and an expansion sleeve assembly. The split blade housing including an annular blade support section and a mounting section extending from the blade support section. The mounting section includes a split extending through the mounting section and includes a first body portion and a second body portion on opposite sides of the split, the first body portion including a slot extending axially through the first body portion and movable between blade supporting and blade changing positions. The expansion sleeve assembly extends through the slot and includes a split sleeve changeable between first and second circumferences. The expansion sleeve assembly further including a fastener extends through the split sleeve and, when engaged with the split sleeve, maintains the split sleeve in the first circumference and secures the first body portion in the blade supporting position.
SAFETY CUTTING DEVICES FOR VEHICLE SEAT BELTS
A safety cutting device for vehicle seat belts, in which the device is attached to the insertable tong of such a seat belt. In this manner, the device is always readily available for use in an emergency such as a crash, fire, or the like.
POWER TOOL
A dust cover has improved operability for attachment and detachment. A power tool to which a disk tool is attachable includes an electric motor including a motor shaft, a housing accommodating the electric motor and having an inlet to draw outside air, a dust cover being a plate including a filter covering the inlet and being attachable to and detachable from the housing, a grip extending from the housing in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft and located between the disk tool and the inlet in a direction in which the motor shaft extends, and a spindle coaxial with the motor shaft, protruding from an end of the housing to receive the disk tool, and rotatable by the electric motor.
KITCHEN GADGET SET
