Eye model
An eye model comprises a sclera simulation which is made of a bright plastic material and a pattern which contrasts in color with the sclera simulation, the pattern simulating an eye pupil and/or an iris structure. The eye model is used to calibrate an eye tracking system.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING A CONDUIT
A first aspect provides a device for processing a conduit. The device comprises a cutting module to cut at least part of the conduit over a longitudinal axis of the conduit by creating a first cut line in the conduit substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis, a separation module arranged to separate a first part of the conduit on a first side of the first cut line from a second part of the conduit on a second side of the first cut line and a transportation module for driving the conduit along the cutting module and the separation module. The transportation module is used to pull the piping of the ground, irrespective of whether the piping is in the ground positioned in a vertical way, a horizontal way or under an angle. Hence, the transportation module may be implemented as an extraction module for extracting the piping from the ground.
BEVELED EDGE MATERIAL
The present application discloses a pad structure that includes a stretchable cuttable material with beveled edge.
Package, apparatus and process of manufacturing such a package
A package includes a support and a closing film. The support has a supporting portion that receives a product, a perimetral edge surrounding the supporting portion, a gripping portion extending away from the opposite side of the supporting portion, a removable portion extending from the supporting portion. The closing film engages a portion of the perimetral edge and, with the support, defines a housing compartment for the product. The closing film comprises a first film portion engaged with the removable portion and a second film portion engaged with the gripping portion. When the package is opened, the removable portion at least partly separates from the support together with the first film portion and the second film portion remains engaged with the gripping portion of the support.
BALE RUBBER HOLDING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CUTTING BALE RUBBER
Provided is a bale rubber holding device 54 of an embodiment which is provided in a feeding device 50 which feeds a bale rubber 20, which is a lump of rubber, forward toward a cutting position, where the bale rubber holding device 54 grips a rear portion of the bale rubber 20.
METHOD FOR CUTTING BALE RUBBER AND BALE RUBBER CUTTING DEVICE
A method for cutting a bale rubber of an embodiment includes the steps of feeding the bale rubber to a cutting position and cutting out a bale rubber piece from the bale rubber which reaches the cutting position with a cutter and further includes the steps of measuring a weight of the cut-out bale rubber piece and determining a feed amount of the bale rubber in a subsequent step of feeding the bale rubber to the cutting position based on a difference between the measured weight of the bale rubber piece and a target weight of the bale rubber piece.
Process for producing foam panels for the production of foam films
A process can be used for producing foam panels, for the production of foam films, composed of a polymer having a glass transition temperature T.sub.g of at least 100° C. An average cell diameter of the foam panels measured according to the standard ASTM D 3576 is between 20 μm and 250 μm, and less than 20 cells having a diameter >260 μm are present per m.sup.2. The elongation at break of the foam is 4%-13% measured according to ASTM D 638.
ROPE RECOVERY TOOL
A rope recovery tool for use on an anchor rope including a weight and a saddle that enclose the anchor rope. A blade adapted to be nested between the saddle and the weight there being a recovery rope attached to the rope recovery tool. In use the tool is fed down the anchor rope until it reaches its end and the recovery rope is then used to pull on the tool causing the blade to cut the rope to make it recoverable whilst sacrificing the anchor.
Coin wrapper cutter
A cutting apparatus cuts a wrapper of a roll of coins along a longitudinal axis. The cutting apparatus includes an interior cavity between a front cover and a back cover and a rail section disposed beneath the interior cavity. The rail section includes an opening through a cross section of the flat rail section, wherein a cutting surface extends through the opening and the roll of coins is compressed against the rail section while cutting. The cutting apparatus further includes overhangs oriented at edges of, perpendicular to and extending below the flat rail section, the overhangs aligned with the front cover.
