Battery-Powered Handheld Machine Tool
20180370015 · 2018-12-27 · ·

A battery-powered handheld machine tool, particularly a circular saw, includes an electric motor for rotationally driving a tool that is arranged on the handheld machine tool, a front and a rear handle each in terms of an advancing direction of the handheld machine tool, and a receiving recess for receiving a replaceable battery. The rear handle is mounted such that it can pivot out laterally about a pivot axis so that when the rear handle is in a state of being pivoted out, the receiving recess is exposed for receiving or removing the replaceable battery, and so that when the rear handle is in a state of being pivoted in, the reception or removal of the replaceable battery into or out of the receiving recess is blocked.

Machining device

A machining device may include an electric motor, a blade rotatably driven by the electric motor for machining a workpiece, and a blade cover configured to surround the blade. A resonance sound reduction device may be disposed at the blade cover and may reduce air vibration generated by the rotation of the blade.

An apparatus, such as for tree trimming, includes a mobile carriage having a frame and a pedestal supported by the frame. The apparatus further includes a boom, such as a telescoping boom that is secured to the pedestal through a boom support. The pedestal is pivotable with respect to the carriage frame so that the boom may be selectively operated in a variety of orientations. The mobile carriage of the apparatus is sufficiently compact to fit though tight openings, while also being capable of stably supporting boom extension for operation of a distal end of the boom at elevated heights.

Power saw crown molding cutting guide

A cutting guide includes a first guide structure and a second guide structure. The first guide structure includes (i) a first base, (ii) a first saw support attached to the first base and defining a first saw contact surface, and (iii) a second saw support attached to the first base and defining a second saw contact surface that is spaced apart from the first saw contact surface so as to define a first elongated cutting slot therebetween. The second guide structure includes (i) a second base, (ii) a third saw support attached to the second base and defining a third saw contact surface, and (iii) a fourth saw support attached to the second base and defining a fourth saw contact surface that is spaced apart from the third saw contact surface so as to define a second elongated cutting slot therebetween.

ELECTRIC TOOL
20180207832 · 2018-07-26 ·

An electric tool includes a functional piece, a motor, a case and a fan. The case includes a motor case portion. An airflow inlet and an airflow outlet are formed in the case. When the fan operates, an airflow at the airflow inlet is taken out and is directed to the airflow outlet after the airflow flows through the motor. The motor case portion includes an encircling portion which encircles the motor and an end portion arranged on one end of the encircling portion. The motor includes a stator, a motor shaft and a rotor. The stator is fixed relative to the case. The motor shaft is rotatably arranged in the case. The rotor surrounds the stator and rotates synchronously with the motor shaft. A stopping piece having a stopping portion is arranged at a first clearance between the rotor and the encircling portion. A projection of the stopping piece in a plane perpendicular to a rotating axis of the rotor is at least partially located outside a projection of the rotor in the plane. The stopping piece stops the airflow from flowing back from one side of the motor to the other side.

CIRCULAR SAW
20180207831 · 2018-07-26 ·

A circular saw includes a cutting piece, a motor, a battery pack and an operating handle. The cutting piece is configured to cut a workpiece. The motor is configured to drive the cutting piece to rotate around a central axis. The battery pack is configured to supply power for the motor. The operating handle is used for a user to operate the circular saw. The motor, the battery pack and the operating handle are arranged at a same side of the cutting piece and are distributed substantially along a straight line. The battery pack is further arranged between the motor and the operating handle.
