Wall saw and interchangeable assemblies for wall saws

An interchangeable concrete cutting chainsaw cutting assembly adapted for installation upon a drive assembly in exchange for a removed, different type cutting head assembly. The chainsaw cutting assembly includes a housing that has fasteners that releasably attach the housing to a drive assembly in an installed configuration. A ration transmission has a plurality of interconnected rotation member, each rotatable member having a mounting shaft positioned at a fixed location on the housing by a bearing assembly. The driven member has a receiver that interconnects with a driveshaft of the driver assembly in the installed configuration whereby the driven member is rotated by the drive assembly. The cutting chain drive member operatively interconnected with a drive sprocket whereby rotation of the cutting chain drive member rotates the drive sprocket. The chainsaw cutting assembly is pivotable relative to the drive assembly.

A chainsaw having a scraper used to clean or debark wood before a saw chain makes a cut is disclosed. The chainsaw includes a housing, a first casing and a second casing coupled to the housing. The first casing has a plurality of first spikes and the second casing has a plurality of second spikes. Further, the chainsaw includes a guide bar coupled to the housing. Additionally, the chainsaw includes a saw chain provided around the guide bar. The chainsaw further includes a scraper coupled to the first casing and the second casing. The scraper is aligned in axis with the saw chain. The scraper is used to clear dirt or debark on wood before the saw chain makes a cut on the wood. Thereby, protecting the teeth of the chain of the chainsaw as to extend its lifespan and require less sharpening of the teeth of the chain.

Low profile chainsaw

A chainsaw which has a low profile chain cover and a chain bar tightening clutch system. The chain bar tightening clutch system can have a bar tightening knob which drives a clutch which governs the amount of pressure applied to the chain bar by operating the bar tightening knob. The chainsaw can have a chain bar tensioning system which can have a tensioning drive member in an offset position from the tensioning post which positions the tensioning post to achieve a chain tension and compact chainsaw design. The chainsaw can also have an oil cap with a lock channel having a detent with produces a sound when moved from a disengaged to an engage position with an oil reservoir.

Post and beam cutting device

A beam has an upper face, a lower face, side faces, and an end face. The end face has a rectangular configuration and is vertically disposed. The end face has a slot vertically disposed and parallel with, and equally spaced from, the side faces. Beam holes extend through the beam on opposite sides of the slot. A post has a front face, a parallel rear face, and parallel side faces. A connector has a first section and a second section. Beam apertures are formed in the first section. The first section is positioned in the slot with the beam apertures aligned with the beam holes. The second section is attached to the post. Dowels extend through the beam holes and the beam apertures thereby coupling the beam to the post. The system also includes tools for accurately cutting and drilling components, wood and otherwise, to be coupled.

ELECTRIC POWER WORK DEVICE

An electric power work device simplifies a mechanism of a battery attachment part and easily removes a battery from the battery attachment part. A chain saw includes a body case, a cutting part (a work tool), and the battery. A battery removal mechanism for removing the battery is provided on a rear part of the body case. The battery removal mechanism includes a lower end of the battery and a bottom surface of the body case. The lower end of the battery protrudes downward from the bottom surface of the body case, and a frontmost end of a lower part of the battery is disposed in front of a rear end of a lower part of a top handle. Another battery removal mechanism includes a protrusion on the bottom surface of the body case and in front of the lower end of the battery.

A holder or carrier for continuously looped articles, e.g., chainsaw chains, is provided which prevents kinking and holds such articles in a secure, extended condition.

Ratchet mill assemblies

Ratchet mill assemblies to permit precise horizontal cutting, one ratchet mill assembly comprising: a shaft with polygonal cross-section, wherein the shaft with polygonal cross-section can rotate and is supported by bearing brackets where each bearing bracket is attached to an end bracket; a handle bar coupled to end brackets by a handle boss on each end bracket; two pinion sprockets coupled to the shaft with polygonal cross-section; and two depth posts, each depth post having depth markings, and each depth post having a corresponding end bracket held in place on the corresponding depth post by a post clamp, wherein at least one post clamp is secured and tightened by way of a half U-bolt and a toggle lock clamp, wherein each pinion sprocket engages rack holes on a corresponding depth post to allow movement of a corresponding end bracket up and down the corresponding depth post.

Chainsaw

A chainsaw having a drive motor. The chainsaw has a fixed part and a movable part. The guide bar is retained on the fixed part in a manner braced between the fixed part and a tensioning element. The movable part is shiftable in a longitudinal direction with respect to the fixed part in order to tension the saw chain with the tensioning element released. The chainsaw has a stop face and a tensioning face. At least one additional contact face that is firmly connected to the fixed part in the longitudinal direction and at least one additional contact face that is firmly connected to the movable part in the longitudinal direction are arranged between the stop face and the tensioning face. All the contact faces lie one after another in the flux of force from the tensioning element to the fixed part.
