The connecting portion includes at least two driven points for receiving a driving force of the power tool. The at least two driven points are disposed in a plane which is substantially perpendicular to the central axis and located between an upper end and a lower end of the connecting portion in a direction of the central axis.

A generally U-shaped opening is defined in the top wall, extends along an attachment axis at an angle to the working axis, has a central portion at a center of the attachment portion, and is open to a gap in the peripheral wall. A plurality of radial openings is defined in the top wall and arranged between the U-shaped opening and the peripheral wall. The peripheral wall, the U-shaped opening, and the plurality of radial openings are configured to couple the attachment portion to at least two different configurations of accessory attachment mechanisms on different oscillating power tools.

The reciprocating blade assembly further comprises teeth that extend outwardly from a side of the reciprocating member, the teeth adapted to form a kerf in tissue against which the teeth are pressed. The reciprocating member is contained in a guide bar assembly that includes features for engaging with a complementary fastening assembly that holds the guide bar assembly static to the saw and an opening located in a side of the guide bar assembly wherein the reciprocating member is mounted in the guide bar assembly so the teeth extend out of the side opening, wherein said guide bar assembly is dimensioned to fit into the kerf formed in the tissue cut by the teeth.

An accessory for coupling to an attachment mechanism of an oscillating power tool includes a working end, an opposite rear end, and a fitment portion adjacent the rear end portion. The fitment portion further includes a first plurality of openings in communication with and extending radially outward from the central portion, a second plurality of openings not in communication with and positioned radially outward from the central portion. A guide for use with a saw includes an attachment mechanism and a guide pin. The attachment mechanism removably attaches the guide to a back edge of a baseplate of the saw. The guide attaches to the baseplate proximate a cut made in the material when the saw is operated to make a cut in material. The guide is removable from the baseplate when not in use. The guide pin is movably or removably affixed to the attachment feature and extends into an area under the plane of the baseplate when the attachment feature of the guide is attached to the baseplate of the saw. The guide pin is configured to be in a plane of the blade and extend at least partially into the cut in the material made by the blade of the saw.

Disclosed is an oscillating power tool comprising: a housing; a motor; a drive shaft; an output shaft driven by the drive shaft to oscillate around its own axis at a certain angle of oscillation; an eccentric transmission mechanism converting the rotational movement of the drive shaft to the oscillation of the output shaft, wherein the eccentric transmission mechanism comprises an eccentric apparatus mounted on the drive shaft and a shift fork assembly respectively connected to the eccentric apparatus and the output shaft; and the eccentric apparatus comprises at least two drive members, the shift fork assembly comprises a first shift fork member and a second shift fork member, the first shift fork member has a first cooperating part cooperating with the drive member and a second cooperating part cooperating with the second shift fork member, and the second shift fork member is connected to the output shaft. The oscillating power tool further comprises an adjusting mechanism placed on the housing, wherein the adjusting mechanism operably adjusts the movement of the first shift fork member, such that the first cooperating part abuts a different drive member, the second cooperating part abuts a different position of the second shift fork member, and the output shaft has a different angle of oscillation.
