An accessory holder for holding an accessory of a power tool includes a support frame and an actuator. The support frame includes a tool connection structure configured to connect to a driven output of the power tool and an accessory connection structure fixedly extending from the tool connection structure and defining at least one recess. The actuator is rotatably connected to the accessory connection structure and is rotatable to a clamped position and an unclamped position. The actuator is configured to deform a portion of the accessory into the at least one recess when the actuator is in the clamped position, such that the accessory is clamped to the accessory connection structure when the actuator is in the clamped position.

Integrated cutting guide and surgical saw blade assembly, the cutting guide including a moveable head that constrains the movement of the blade assembly

A surgical sagittal saw blade assembly and cutting guide for use with the blade assembly. The blade assembly includes a static bar from which a moving blade head protrudes. The blade head is reciprocated by a drive link internal to the bar. The cutting guide has a body that is positioned adjacent where the blade is to be used to cut tissue. The cutting guide has an outer surface over which the blade assembly is positioned. The cutting guide has a constraining feature. The constraining feature holds the blade bar to the body of the guide so the blade assembly can move over the body while being constrained from movement above the outer surface of the body. The constraining feature is mounted to the body of the cutting guide so as to be able to move while constraining guide retains the blade bar.

Locking mechanism for an articulating oscillating power tool

An oscillating power tool includes a tool mount which can be articulated through a range of positions including less than zero degrees to ninety degrees. The tool mount can accept a variety of accessory tools which move in a reversing angular displacement as well as articulate throughout the range of positions. A locking mechanism is provided that can be manually actuated to prevent articulation or rotation of the articulator to thereby fix the tool mount to a pre-selected orientation.

A reciprocating power tool including a housing supporting a motor having a drive shaft, a blade clamp mechanism, and a drive mechanism. The drive clamp mechanism is coupled to the motor for converting rotational motion of the drive shaft into reciprocating motion of the blade clamp mechanism. The power tool includes an accessory having an attachment portion coupled to the blade clamp mechanism, and a body portion extending from the attachment portion. A grout rake is coupled to the body portion and includes a plurality of cutter portions. The grout rake is repositionable relative to the body portion between a first position and a second position. In the first position one of the plurality of cutter portions is located in a working position for contacting a workpiece, and in the second position another one of the plurality of cutter portions is located in the working position for contacting the workpiece.

Tool holder

A tool holder, particularly a hand-held power tool holder, is provided for an oscillating and/or rotational drive of at least one insertion tool. The tool holder includes at least one holder-side fastening element that is provided at least substantially for a coupling with the at least one insertion tool. The tool holder also includes at least one bearing unit provided for movably mounting the at least one holder-side fastening element in a movement at least partially deviating from an axial direction. The movement at least partially deviating from the axial direction of the at least one fastening element is provided at least substantially for creating a fastening force in the axial direction.

An accessory for a power tool includes a blade and a coupling. The coupling includes a blade portion, a tool portion, and a transition. The blade portion is fixedly coupled to the blade. The tool portion is configured to be removably coupled to the power tool. The tool portion also includes an opening. The transition extends between the blade portion and the tool portion, and the transition includes a first transition region, where the transition intersects with the blade portion, and a second transition region, where the transition intersects with the tool portion. The first transition region includes a first arc having a center that is arranged between the first arc and the opening, and the second transition region includes a second arc having a center that is arranged between the second arc and the opening.

A motor-driven machine tool has a drive motor, the motor shaft of which is driven in rotation, with a tool drive shaft, which is driven in rotation or in oscillation about its longitudinal axis, and with a coupling drive for converting the rotational movement of the motor shaft into a driving movement of the tool drive shaft. Furthermore, a coupling is provided, which compensates an angular offset or change in position between the motor shaft and tool drive shaft which deviates from an axially parallel or right-angled arrangement of the two shafts.

Oscillating Tool

A clamp arrangement for securing an accessory to an oscillating power tool can include a clamp assembly including a first clamp member that moves relative to the accessory between a closed position wherein the clamp assembly retains the accessory and an open position wherein the first clamp is offset from the accessory permitting removal of the first accessory from the clamp assembly. The clamp assembly can further comprise a second clamp member having a first portion that opposes the first clamp member and cooperates with the first clamp member to clamp the accessory between the first and second clamp members. An attachment plate can carry the clamp assembly. The attachment plate can have a first mating detail formed thereon that is configured to selectively and removably mate with a complementary second mating detail on the power tool in an assembled position.

An oscillation tool includes a grip-portion housing and a front-side housing which are fitted to each other so as to freely slide on each other. In the case that a driving unit and an oscillating unit are distanced from each other, the oscillating shaft is oscillated at a narrow amplitude. On the other hand, in a case that the driving unit and the oscillating unit are approached by each other, the oscillating shaft is oscillated at a wide amplitude.

Powered working machine

A powered working machine facilitating work of fixing a tip tool to a tool supporting member is provided. A powered working machine in which a tip tool is driven by power of an electric-powered motor includes: an output shaft to which the tip tool is attached; a tool fixing member which fixes the tip tool to the output shaft; a second shaft to/from which the tool fixing member is attached/detached; a clamp having a locked state in which a state of attachment of the tool fixing member to the second shaft is maintained and an unlocked state in which the tool fixing member can be detached from the second shaft; and a guide member having a first rotation position at which the clamp is in the locked state and a second rotation position at which the clamp is in the unlocked state.
