MILLING CUTTING ELEMENT SYSTEM
A cylindrical cutting system, a bit holder assembly, and machine for milling or scarifying road surfaces are disclosed. A bit holder is attachable to a milling platform, and includes an inward facing surface for engaging a corresponding mating surface of the milling platform. The inward facing surface of the bit holder and the mating surface include aligning fastener and pin openings. A fastener and a pin are inserted within the respective openings to couple the bit holder to the milling platform. The mating surface may define a part of a recess formed in the milling platform. A wear element may be disposed at the leading side of the bit holder. Multiple platforms may be coupled together with axially extended platform fasteners.
Automated manufacturing architectural millwork
A system and method for making made-to-order architectural millwork of custom dimensions; including the design of wood joints and a system for deploying them within the overall structural design of individual architectural millwork units, as well as methods for online design and ordering, automated writing of machine code, robotic part preparation, and simplified on-site installation. With the automation and generation of digital code for manufacturing custom architectural components, this method makes the formation of distributed manufacturing centers possible. Through this method and with minimum re-tooling and/or training, these centers are able to produce custom millwork more efficiently and effectively than traditional custom millwork woodshops.

Copy device for processing and shaping a cylindrical rod with a curved configuration
A copy device for processing and shaping a cylindrical rod with a curved configuration includes a seat main body and a plane template. The seat main body is formed with an internal working space. The seat main body further has a reception opening in communication with the working space. A stock can be disposed in the working space and driven to rotate within the working space. The seat main body is arranged on a spindle moulder. A cutting tool of the spindle moulder can enter the working space through the reception opening. The plane template has a copy model. The cutting tool has a mould leaning section for leaning against the copy model, whereby the cutting tool can cut and process the stock to shape the stock with a configuration copied from the copy model.
Systems, methods and apparatus for sharing tool fabrication and design data
A position sensing tool for enabling topographical measurements of a working surface is provided. The tool includes sensors for mapping the tool environment and for positioning of the tool within the environment. The tool enables tracking of tool activity within the environment. The tool enables design and fabrication collaboration with other computer systems. The tool enables user and tool environment safety using tool positional, user position and tool environment awareness. Certain embodiments of the tool permit automated guidance of tasks in the tool environment.

Stud notching system
A notch cutting system includes a cutter guide that connects to a workpiece and establishes a cutting path for notching the workpiece. A notch cutter with a cylindrical cutting element engages the cutter guide. A rotary driver rotates the cutting element to remove workpiece material as the notch cutter traverses the aperture and the notch cutting system cuts a full-radius notch in the workpiece along the cutting path.

Joining system for furniture
A joining system for furniture is provided. The joining system comprises a first furniture element and a joining element. The joining element has a width between a first and a second surface in the area of the second engaging portion. An increase in the width causes a first engaging portion to press harder on a first stabilizing portion which causes a male coupling portion to bend in a direction towards the surface comprising the second stabilizing portion to compensate for the increased width.
