PLYWOOD PANEL REPAIRING SOLUTION
The present invention relates to a system for repairing a plywood panel, the system comprising: at least one detection device for scanning the plywood panel; at least one repairing device for performing a repair operation for the plywood panel; a conveyor device for conveying the plywood panel; and a control device for generating at least one control signal to the conveyor device to halt the plywood panel in the system for performing a scanning operation of the plywood panel with the at least one detection device and to halt the plywood panel for performing a repairing operation with the at least one repairing device on the basis of information obtained with the detection device. Some aspects of the invention relate to a method for performing the repair operation.

A method for squaring and edge-banding panels is described, with the steps of: loading a panel onto a member rotatable about a vertical rotation axis; rotating the rotatable member with predefined angular steps until it completes a complete revolution, sequentially stopping the panel in front of N processing work-stations, N>=2, arranged in a circular array around the rotatable member, wherein, during the rotation of the rotatable member, the panel is always held vertical; as the panel is stopped at the N work-stations, processing the panel edges using panel edge processing units installed at the N work-stations; and unloading the processed panel from the rotatable member.
The method enables high production rates in limited spaces.

Provided is a two-layer engineered wood flooring, and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the technical field of wood floor design and manufacturing. The technical problem of excessive bending performance and poor stability in the prior art. The two-layer engineered wood flooring includes a top veneer, core veneers, and a back strip. Multiple core veneers are provided and arranged on the top veneer side by side, a spacing gap is formed between adjacent core veneers, and the back strip is arranged on the core veneer. The back strip is connected to at least two core veneers, and the multiple core veneers are all connected to the back strip. By arranging the multiple core plates side by side and connecting the core plates by the back strip, the engineered wood flooring is guaranteed to have good stability while having good flexibility.

A hydrophobic fluid includes a solvent-based solution of at least one aliphatic and/or aromatic hydrocarbon, with a chain length of C9 to C15 and at least one ether, ester, ketone and/or an alcohol, in particular a non-flammable alcohol. The hydrophobic fluid also has a fluoropolymer, in particular a non-combustible fluoropolymer with a flash point>60 C. in a proportion of 0.1 to 30 wt. %.

A membrane device includes a vacuum device main body having a plurality of vacuum holes such that a real wood sheet to be temporarily attached to a core is mounted in the vacuum device main body, a cover having a silicone film to define a vacuum space together with the vacuum device main body, a vacuum module to suck air in the vacuum device main body through the vacuum holes, and a control unit to compress the real wood sheet and the core for a preset time by sucking air in the vacuum space through the vacuum holes. The control unit removes the vacuum from the vacuum space by controlling the vacuum module so that the compressed real wood sheet is detached, and the vacuum device main body includes sliders to perform wrapping the real wood sheet around the inside of the core while moving upward.

A method to produce a veneered element, including providing a first layer of a first powder and applying a second layer of a second powder above the first layer. Further the method includes applying a veneer layer above the second layer. Thereafter heating and pressing the first layer, the second layer and the veneer layer together to form the veneered element and forming a bevel at least partly along at least one side portion of the veneered element, where the first layer, the second layer and the veneer layer are at least partly exposed in the bevel.
