METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A FOLDED PANEL, AND A FOLDED PANEL
A method for manufacturing a folded panel including the following steps: providing a longitudinal recess at the rear side, such that at the front side between remaining panel sections on both sides of the recess a flexible transition section remains, bending the panel sections relative to each other and applying an adhesive in the recess. Before the panel sections are bent relative to each other, a template is inserted into the recess.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR KERFING VENEERS
Systems and methods are disclosed herein for laser kerfed veneers. A laser may be used to produce kerf lines in thin veneers. The settings of the laser may be adjusted to adjust the width and depth of the kerf lines. The width and depth of the kerf lines may be selected in order to provide sufficient strength to the veneer while decreasing telegraphing.

STRUCTURES WITH CIRCUMFERENTIALLY-EXTENDING DENSIFIED FIBROUS PLANT MATERIALS, AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FABRICATION AND USE THEREOF
A structure can be formed by wrapping one or more densified, lignin-compromised wood veneers wrapped around a central axis. The wrapped wood veneers can form a circumferentially-extending wood wall. A glue can be provided on one or more surface portions of each wood veneer. The wood veneers can be lignin-compromised by in situ lignin modification, partial delignification, or full delignification. The circumferentially-extending wood wall can form a hollow member, for example, a tube, pipe, cup, tank, or bottle. Alternatively, the circumferentially-extending wood wall can surround a central member, for example, to form a rod, bat, club, or dowel.
