This machine process is essential to the production of the double reed, when inserted into applicable instrument, is able to reproduce a specific vibration from within the cane to enable the player to easily and without much effort perform notes with ease of vibration and accuracy of pitch. The double reed gouging machine particularly for the Oboe, Oboe Damore, English horn and Bassoon Family of instruments is in need of major upgrades to it's usefulness, accuracy and comfort by way of modern machining and design. This is a continuation of such efforts.

Some embodiments of the disclosure provide a bamboo building curtain wall plate. According to an embodiment, the bamboo building curtain wall plate include a bamboo substrate, a metal connecting member, and a weather-resistant outer-decorative coating layer. The metal connecting member is disposed on the back surface of the bamboo substrate and connectable to the main body of a building. The weather-resistant outer-decorative coating layer is disposed on the front surface of the bamboo substrate. According to another embodiment, the bamboo substrate includes an outer layer which is a wood veneer or a bamboo material, and a core layer which is a bamboo material. According to a further embodiment, the bamboo substrate has a thickness of 8-15 mm.

Strip-making Machine for Bamboo Core Barrel with Precise Center-aligned Cutting
The invention relates to a strip-making machine for bamboo core barrel with precise center-aligned cutting which includes a control cabinet. A rotating tray is arranged on a side of the control cabinet. A conveyor belt and a bamboo breaking device are mounted on the control cabinet. The conveyor belt is connected between the rotating tray and the bamboo breaking device. The bamboo breaking device is provided with a vertically placed material tube. A cone-shaped blade adapter is installed below the inside of the material tube. A plurality of circumferentially distributed blades are mounted on the outer wall of the blade adapter. The bamboo breaking device further includes a double-stroke hydraulic cylinder disposed above the material tube. The top of the piston rod of the double-stroke hydraulic cylinder is equipped with a pressure block. The pressure block can be driven into the inside of the material tube by the double-stroke hydraulic cylinder. In the present invention, the bamboo core barrel is cut into a plurality of strip-shaped materials with equal arc length by a plurality of blades distributed along the circumference of the blade adapter. It can greatly reduce the amount of waste generated during subsequent processing and reduce the production cost.

The invention relates to a strip-making machine for bamboo core barrel with precise center-aligned cutting which includes a control cabinet. A method of forming a support pole, comprising splitting one or more canes of bamboo, or similar tubular plant material, into a plurality of split lengths; inserting a bundle of the split lengths from one or more canes into an outer tube (4); tilting the outer tube (4) at an angle from horizontal and injecting a matrix material into the outer tube (4) so as to fill in between the split lengths and encapsulate the split lengths to form a substantially solid core. The method may comprise injecting the matrix material at multiple injection points (25a, 25b, 25c, 25d) along the length of the tube (4).
